Simply, we waited for too long for every step of the service. Ordering, Delivery of food, bill, just everything. Food was OK, but seems like they are understaffed and not organized to address demand in high season. Unfortunate for a place with potential

Seven of us seated in garden of Cafe and Restaurant Novak, we were waiting for server more than 10 minutes to take our order, and later on we were waiting for order to come. Than, when we wanted to pay the check, we had to pay again. I decided to go and look for our server, but he has been very rude, and send me to his collegue which was not serving us, and when he realized there is nobody by the table he was very upset, of course I was waiting by the door, with check and money.
I had to mention, that the quality of our beverages was under expectations, but overpriced.
And if they are using name of famous sportsman, than they need to fulfill and justify expectations of the guests.

Having in mind is the only restaurant in the area, it's a lucky coincidence is a very good place, with tasty food. It have a variety of national Serbian dishes, the ambient is very pleasing, and the service is fast.

Perfect place to fuel yourself before hitting the slopes! The food is delicious and the portion size is out of control, if you don't have a large appetite, definitely split your plates. Also the ambiance pays homage to the region of Raška in which the national park of Kopaonik is found is with it's Medieval ambiance, and the staff is super nice. Great place!!

We were staying at the Hotel Grand on half board and just wanted a change. This restaurant was so good we visited twice. Both waiters were charming and welcoming. They helped us with our order making sure we got it right. We weren't allowed to over order... And it was the nicest salad I had in Kopaonik. The kitchen is to be congratulated on serving such excellent Serbian food and also European dishes. The draught beer was excellent and to our British pockets very very reasonably priced. But the food... Well it was first rate.
The place also caters for families with little children and they made a fuss of a birthday... It was a lovely touch. Later Ivan plays and sings contemporary songs ... and when the children are in bed it is a nice place for adults to relax and unwind. Smart decor and furnishing it was a great place to visit.

Nice place to have your drinks with interesting plates & nice bar. Staff is very friendly and a lot of options for an all day bar staring with coffee or tea continue with snacks and food & wine or beers & cocktails till all night long & can watch NBA on a big TV screen if U like. Very nice interior decoration
