Really enjoyed our meal here. The hotel is on a great location on one of the main roads that we passed down when we walked from the station to the centre.
The hotel has a really nice, relaxed and classy feel. We were interested in the rooftop restaurant but were told by the (very friendly and welcoming) staff that it was only open for dinner.
At the main restaurant we ordered the thali which had a wide variety of dishes.The shrikhand was particularly good quality in my view and I was impressed to be served pan after the meal. There is a cool system on your table from which you can order another drink, ring for your bill etc.
Is this the best thali I've had in Gujarat? No, but not far off and the setting made it a special experience worthy of a top rating.

Good food, in heart of city, attached with Hotel President where we stayed for 3 days... Descent service... Can go again... But mostly normal dishes... If want to enjoy local or kathiawadi food... go elsewhere...

Go to destination for south indian food in sankalp. Close your eyes, point a finger at the menu and order. It is bound to be tasty. Over the years apart from a few complaints about service the food has been perfect, tasty and something that wants you to come back.

I loved this restaurant because it uses fresh food, while most of the restaurant uses stores punjabi gravy, this restaurant gives you the fresh gravy everyday. Hospitality is nice and their daily chef special item is also amazing.

CCD at Mehul cinema is a welcome change. Very good ambience. Good place to hangout with friends and families. Good option to eat during movie interval. Though Mehul Cinema does not offer eatables fron CCD inside movie theatre. Nice place with good music.

Consistently irrespective of which sub or salad I choose, the sauce almost always tastes like green chutney. Excessive mint or coriander overpower an otherwise American looking sub to taste like a club Sandwich. I will never forgive the owners for ruining my favourite place to eat.
