Whether you drive or take the train, you have to get out to Tonkatsumayu in Isehara! The tonkatsu is a amazingly delicious with portions that no mere mortal can conquer alone! Tonkatsumayu is located within easy walking distance of Isehara train station. There is one parking place in front and perhaps at least five or six parking spots behind the restaurant. The restaurant has a small Seating area up front, which has tables and booths. The other two rooms are tatami mats. For Westerners not acquainted to Japanese style toilets, be prepared.
There are special plates, which I mentioned before, that are massive. I had the special/double hire katsu. This plate had two portions of hire katsu, a mountain of cabbage, miso soup, and rice. The menu is only in Japanese so it’s best to either be proficient in Japanese or bring someone who understands.
There are some pictures on the menu, but mostly it’s written Japanese. If you visit the website, you can get a better idea of how the portions look and what you might want to order. I guarantee that you won’t be hungry after eating here.

ランチに行きました。主人は栗とゴルゴンゾーラのピザ、私はスモークサーモンのクリームパスタを頼みました。どちらもめちゃうま、デザートも最後のコーヒーまでとても美味しく満足しました!

「こえど」と読むお店です。
昔の民家風の店構えですが、お蕎麦は上品で美味い。
日曜日の2時頃満席でした。「そば猪口は手に持ってお召し上がりください。そば屋のマナーです。」と掲示されており、こだわりの蕎麦屋のようです。
たらの芽、竹の子など旬の春芽天ぷらそばをいただきました。

とにかく量の多い店です。味もいい。ランチのホイコウロウラーメン定食を頼んだ際にはラーメンとホイコーロー丼でびっくりデス。量が多いので家族で行く場合には人数分頼むと多すぎになると思います。店員さんが「活発でいい雰囲気です

大山に１０時に到着しましたが一番奥の有料駐車場が満車でさぁどうしようかと。
でもお昼も近いしお昼を食べることを条件に有料駐車場の奥隣りにある青木館の駐車場に止めさせてもらいました。
車のカギを預けてから大山参拝に行きました。
結構階段があり疲れて帰ってきてお昼だったのでより一層おいしく感じました。
建物は古いですがとても手入れがいいなと感じました。
食事席は二階に通されました。畳ですがテーブル席なので足が痛い人でも安心です。
松のコースを注文しましたがどれも上品な味で見た目も美しく、量も満足できてどれも残さず食べることができました。
何気なく駐車場目当てで伺いましたがほんとに満足できました。
大山参拝のついでだけでなく何かちょっとしたしゃれた食事をしたいときはまた伺いたいと思いました。コース以外にも単品でいろいろメニューもあるので。

駐車場から大山ケーブル駅迄は15分程、お土産処がひしめくこま参道を歩くと思いますがその中腹にある食事処。
大山詣で脚がガクガクになりながら、やっと座れて
頂く豆腐懐石は幸せです！
畳敷の間にテーブルと椅子スタイルでゆっくりお料理を堪能できます。ちょっとした温泉旅館で頂いている気分を満喫できます。
お豆腐料理なので真新しさは特にありませんが、上品なお味を満喫できます。昼夜メニューは変わらないようです。
妹の知人がお勧めしてくれたお店で界隈では有名な様ですし、予約はせずに中途半端な時間に伺いましたがほぼ満席でした。紅葉の時期は予約必須の様です。

国道246号沿いにあり、さほど広くはないですが駐車場もきちんとあります。
ファミレスで、元はガストか何かだったのでしょう。
ステーキのお店というだけあってお肉の種類はまあまあ豊富です。家族でちょっと奮発したい時に利用してみるとよいのでは。

平日のお昼に食べに行きました。
国道246号線沿いのわかりやすく入りやすい場所にあります。
1皿100円なのが良いですね。
私はツブ貝とエンガワが好きで必ず食べます。
あとサイドメニューのうどんも！
ちなみにうどんは100円ではありません。

立派な山小屋風のパン屋さんです。多種の天然酵母のパンが食べられます。どのパンも美味しく、いろいろ食べたくなります。焼きたては特におすすめで、朝７時からやっています。店内でも、お得なサンドウィッチやスープのセットもゆっくりとたべることができます。

モスバーガーは注文してから作るまで、時間がかかりますが、この店は駅前にあって急ぐ客も多いということで、すごいスピードで出てきます。客のニーズに合わせているようです。モスは、美味しいし、また利用しようと思います。
