My mother, sister and I stopped in here for dinner one night and all had the special -- pan fried pickerel. The meal started with two choices of homemade soup -- both were absolutely delicious and large portions. The fish came with mashed potatoes and vegetables -- all was delicious and a good portion. The fish was cooked perfectly. The meal also included a dessert -- apple crisp -- which was also incredibly delicious. Excellent service, nice atmosphere, great price.

Friends and I stopped by on Labour Day for a quick drink and some munchies. They were jammed packed, but still made time to accommodate us as best as possible and get water for the dogs! Thanks for your awesome service!

This tiny Pizza spot has Seating for about 20 people. The pizza is delicious and the salads even better. This is the best secret in town. The service was courteous at a very busy location, I look for Pizza Delight wherever I go when interested in cheap eats, good service and a varied menu. I will be back again.

The RB is a part of summer in the Bend.
A little bit of everything for everyone. Fingers foods for those just looking to watch some sports on TV. Or full meals for families looking to have a meal out. Take out pizza for those rainy nights or first day at the cottage. Beers on tap and available for relaxing with. It has something for everyone.
Always hot and fresh food, never kept warm by heat lamps. Quick service and friendly Staff. The RB is one of the best examples of what a pub in a small town should be.
If you go to Grand Bend and don't make the Riverbend part of your stay, then you are just missing out.

I was surprised when I rolled up to this place and it was so small. But it was charming and tasteful and quaint. I had the veal which was absolutely scrumptious. The service was awesome and so were the drinks.

Arrived at 1800, received our meal at 1930. I get that everything is home cooked and the portions are large and tasty. The restaurant itself is quaint with many locals enjoying the craft beers and companionship.however the smell of curry was overpowering. Would give it another try. Wait staff courteous but very busy with the customers. Maybe they were short the night we visited.

My family have been ordering from Grandpa Jimmy's for all of our birthday celebrations for as long as a can remember- great pastries, pies and cakes. My parents really enjoy the meat pies as well!

Our entire family had excellent meals! We ordered 3 adult meals: steak Sandwich, burger, halibut Sandwich and all were really very good. My steak Sandwich had sauteed onions, melted cheese and was medium, as ordered. It came with fresh cut french fries - delicious!
The halibut Sandwich was also excellent and fresh. My son's burger was, he said very tasty. The two kids each had hotdogs and loved them.

I've eaten here many times over the years, and generally enjoyed my meals. At times, the service has been slow, or one particular waitress an issue, but not enough to complain about. The last time I was here, decided to order dessert. I thought the chocolate brownie would be a reasonable sized serving for $6.99, but it was tiny, it was way overpriced. Should have been $3 or $3.50 max. The other desserts are also likely small for the price. I won't make that mistake again, as the prices are high enough as it is without adding dessert.
