Dwarka ( pronunciation (help·info)) is an ancient city and a municipality of Devbhoomi Dwarka district in the state of Gujarat in northwestern India. It is located on the western shore of the Okhamandal Peninsula on the right bank of the Gomti River. In 2011 it had a population of 38,873. Dwarka is one of the foremost Chardhams, four sacred Hindu pilgrimage sites, and is one of the Sapta Puri, the seven most ancient religious cities in the country. Dwarka is often identified with the Dwarka Kingdom, the ancient kingdom of Krishna, and is believed to have been the first capital of Gujarat.

We had discovered this restaurant when we did not get food at "Annpurna Bhojnalaya" (Vaishnav food thali - Located just opposit Hotel Bansi). At a walking distance from there(and Dwarkadhish temple too) we found this restaurant. Getting there by stairs was difficult specially for my old mother. Though the food was good, we had to wait a little after giving order. Rate was high too but being a tourist place it was expected. The place was clean. Overall this is a good place for food.

The good thing about Blue Coriander is the staff : they try so hard to be please. The food is vegetarian ; we ordered different dishes, but found that basically we ended up eating sauce with naan. As Gujarat is a "dry" state, water really is the only option for drinks.

I have visited in this restaurant with 2 of my friends.... First of all the ambiance of this restaurant was very impressive and second thing is Food.... specially Drums of Heaven.... It was so yummy as I tried this dish in lot of restaurants in Delhi but the preparation of this dish in DRINK N DINE is truly ausumnnnnn.... I just loved it...

During our two nights stay in Damji hotel at Dwarka, we mostly had our meals at Charmi restaurant, located 500m from our hotel, on the main road. Although vegetarian, the food at Charmi was very well cooked. Salt, spices, and oil were optimally used in vegetables and curries, which us gave a pleasant and healthy feeling while eating. The menu had a good variety of options available in north Indian, south indian and chinese cuisine. The restaurant had AC and comfortable seats. We thoroughly enjoyed all the food preparations.
Food was reasonably priced as well. Our group bill, consisting of five grown ups and two kids, never exceeded INR 1000. As good eateries are limited in Dwarka, this place is populous. On two occasions we had to sit outside the restuarant for ~ 10 minutes.

The restaurant is multicuisine. We order for the Thali. Food was simple and more of home made kind touch. The Thali had phulkas, rice, dal, curries and a desert item. Taste was satisfying. It was price at Rs.150/- per plate.

The food is good and the decor is nice. It is pricey compared to local restaurants though and I would not eat here if it was not for the fact that I am staying at the Vivanta by Taj.

This place has above average ambiance however is killed by the quality of food and the confusion in their core speciality - GJ food!!
The specialities of "Chinise", "Not Indian" and God-knows-what Fusion begs for mercy in terms of taste.
These guys need to tidy up their act and stop fooling tourists with just their ambiance and "The Grand" confused name (notice the bill)
