昼食で味噌ラーメンを食べました。食券を購入、８００円です。すぐに、着丼。
スープは、甘みと塩気の強い味噌スープです。麺は製麺業者のいたって普通のちじれ麺。特に感銘は受けなかった。北海道では、自家製麺にこだわる店が少ないです。
従業員が全員女性というのも初めてでした。

After spending a week in Hokkaido, eating seafood every day, we decided to have Genghis Khan, as Lonely Planet lists this as a specialy dish in Hokkaido, before flying out of the Shinchitose airport. Apparently there are two types of Genghis Khan, one with marinated meat and one with plain meat. What we had was the former, and indeed the meat was so heavily marinated, we couldn't taste the meat at all. I don't think this is a dish worth trying in Hokkaido, where there are plenty of other good dishes, and also when it was quite pricy for what you get.

麺厨房あじさい千歳空港店は、千歳空港内にある北海道ラーメン道場に入っている、函館の塩ラーメンが有名なお店です。
私たちがいただいたのは、もちろん、シンプルな「塩ラーメン」。あっさりだれどコクがある澄んだスープに、細めの麺がとてもよくあっていると思います。濃厚でこってり系のラーメンも多い中ですが、このシンプルさもいいですね。

Many of you already know LeTao, a well known place for cheesecake. I stopped buy for afternoon coffee, the cake as good as it's always is. The staff are also very helpful, able to give info about packing the cake for oversea flight. They offer a package and icepack which would allow you to carry their cake home.

I had breakfast here before boarding my flight back to Tokyo. The special of the house is Butadon -- a very delicious bowl of pork and rice. Really tender pork in a wonderful sauce.

We are used to having Sio, shoyu and miso ramen. Having just landed in new Chitose airport and having read many reviews about the Ebisoba ichigen ramen restaurant at the airport, decided this will Be our first lunch stop before collecting rental car.
Queue was long but fast moving. We ordered both the original prawn soup base and “more flavor” prawn+pork base ramen for Hubby and myself respectively. Was worried the original prawn soup base would be “fishy/prawny” taste but I gotta confess it was actually better than the “more flavor” version and I preferred it - it was refreshingly fresh and light , different from other ramen soup bases we tried so far.
Would recommend the original version and if u want to compare tastes, order the “more flavor” only as a second choice.

Die hard Calbee potato chip fans will be happy with this place as they also offer limited edition Calbee potato products and their latest product range. Also sells Calbee potato related merchandise for fans.
Save some space for the fresh fried potato chips that you can have with toppings such as cheese along with a drink. One of the good places to visit at the airport.
