Amazing restaurant - pizzeria in the old city center of Bitonto...the service is perfect, the menu is full of delicious local and traditional dishes and the wine list is great! I fell in love with their Pizza Carfiofata...but also the pizzas of my friends were delicious! Price is really competitive for food and wines. To try also their desserts and amaros :)

Just behind the magnificent Cathedral is this charmingly restored old building which is both a B and B as well as cafe/restaurant .. The coffee is excellent and do try the local pastries too. Service is efficient and the bathroom clean. Best of all you are just next door to one of Apulia's best kept secrets .. The magnificent Romanesque Cathedral

Pizza con amici sabato sera: devo dire che il locale è carino e spazioso, personale gentile ed attento. Nonostante il sabato, il servizio non è stato male, non abbiamo atteso tempi biblici, devo dire però che la pizza, a mio gusto, non l'ho trovata da 5 stelle, ma forse perché non gradisco io l'impasto troppo sottile. Inoltre abbiamo notato che la salsiccia di norcia sulle pizze era leggermente cruda e che le rape sembravano congelate. SI può far di meglio, buono comunque il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ad majora

You'd be hard pushed to find a better pasta or main for this price. Self service canteen style restaurant with a homely feel and friendly staff. I go almost everyday and am never disappointed.

It was mine and my girlfriends first visit here and it did not disappoint. First of all the location is great in the heart of Bitonto the decor inside is beautiful and stylish. The coffee is good and the atmosphere is wonderful. Definitely going back!

It can be not the most fashion to see, but the coffee it's really good.. It's set in this little city and here I also have my trusted mechanic who really advised me this bar for a coffee. I've not tried the ice cream but I think it's really good too cause made naturally and with typical Italian ingredients.

I'm temporarily living in Bitonto, and I'm a regular customer of "La Chianca" and I can only say good things!
The restaurant is placed in the very heart of Bitonto! It's the perfect match between an elegant and cozy restaurant in a typical neighborhood of South Italy.
The food is great, I love the pizza and the pasta! The service is great, everyone is very nice and helpfull. The restaurant is beautiful, and very pleasant! Everything is done with extreme care. The summer nights in the Terrace are great, and the live music nights very enjoyable.
The price is average, great cost-benefit.
I would definitely recommend it!!

I decided to look up a place that was out of town and was more an agriturismo. It did not disappoint. We ate only what they grew and made on site.
The signora was amazing! So much energy and passion for her age and above all pride for her cuisine.... I need to go back and stay there with the family!
If you want to eat like a local and feel and live the tastes and expressions of Puglia go to this amazing place....

Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo degustato due fantastici panini con hamburger oltre che alle ali di pollo, la carne è ottima, locale carino e proprietario molto gentile, prezzi un pò sopra la media ma soddisfatti.
