Even being in Paderborn so many times, I have never had the chance to go in this Greek restaurant ... that was a very nice and extraordinary opportunity to check and taste the octopus, cheese, some nice Uruguayan meet and a slice of a Tomahawk! I repeated in the same week ! Well recommended definitively !

Eaten here few times when I've been in the area on business. Absolutely superb. A cross between Italian and Greek food. The presentation, flavour and quality of the food is outrageously good.Highly recommended.

As Greek restaurants go, Syrtaki was ok, but not great. The menu is diverse yet still somehow feels a bit limited. No fresh or whole fish and meat dishes seem to be varied combinations of much of the same things. Our very German style salads (with lettuce and cooked cabbage) were served heavily dressed in a thousand island type dressing. We have never had anything like that in Greece (about 10 trips there and eat Greek food often) but perhaps it is from a region we haven't visited??? The meat dishes were more authentically Greek but not served with any Zaziki, which seemed odd. The "baby" calamares were much larger than any other baby calamari we've ever had. They were lightly battered, fried and served with lemon and Zaziki. Fine, but again, not great. The gratin acted potatoes were heavy on the Gouda cheese and needed a good dose of salt and pepper. The item we enjoyed most was a minced, formed meat stuffed with feta. It was flavorful, almost slightly caramelized where grilled, and neither dry nor greasy. Not likely to return but only because it was sort of average and we love good Greek food.

This place is absolutely stunning on the inside. Very cosy, posh feel about it. The price of the meals are incredible. Very fair for the amount of food which you get. Service was very quick although my only problem with this place was that we had a different waiter or waitress every time we received something to eat or drink. They were all very friendly however I couldn't keep track of who I should have been ordering with. There seemed to be no organisation on who was waiting which table. Other than that, amazing. Would definitely go again!

Wow wow wowAn outstanding place, tzatziki is the best ever, and the meats topped with cheese & metaxa sauce are awesome we come here every weds & have not had a bad meal yet, extremely clean, great food & great service x

Das Essen ist gut, aber teilweise auch nur befriedigend. Uns fehlte insgesamt ein wenig der Pfiff. Der Beilagensalat ist sehr einfach gehalten, die Fleischqualität gut, das Tzaziki hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist schön, es besteht auch eine Aussengastronomie. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. In Hövelhof eine sehr beliebte Adresse.
