Huy lies along the river Meuse, at the mouth of the small river Hoyoux. It is in the sillon industriel, the former industrial backbone of Wallonia, home to about two-thirds of the Walloon population. The Huy municipality includes the sub-municipalities of Ben-Ahin, Neuville-sous-Huy, and Tihange.

points positifs ,accueil ,le cadre ,la terrasse ,le professionnalisme ,et la connaissance,de la fille de la patronne ,vraiment rien a redire elle connait parfaitement son sujet des menus, , sur la carte des vins comme du champagne ,, point a méditer ,pour les personnes qui vont manger dehors une petite couverture pour les jambes des femmes ne ferais pas de tore surtout quand un menu de 4 plats commence a 19h15 et ce termine a 23H30 et que la nuit est tomber ,en ce qui est de la présentation des assiettes et la qualité des plats je laisserais ça a l appréciation de chacun,pour notre part on a apprécié

Comme d'autres, je souligne l'aspect très agréable de ce restaurant villa. Mention spéciale pour la salle à manger et surtout la terrasse qui donne sur un beau jardin. Reposant et chaleureux.Le service est professionnel, souriant et efficace.Le vin choisi était parfait.Dans l'assiette ?J'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité créative des entrées. Des produits de qualité savoureux : ris de veau, pigeon, thon.Les plats reflétaient moins de créativité: pièce de boeuf simple mais viande de qualité et poulet qui manquait un peu de sel, un poisson du jour non testé.Par contre un caractère, pour moi, rédhibitoire c'est l'utilisation de bases de sauces industrielles.D'abord, je pense qu'il y a moyen de les éviter. Ou alors à utiliser de façon exceptionnelle et parcimonieuse car ca ajoute parfois un caractère bluffant à une préparation trop fade. Mais le glutamate concentré c'est souvent un "cache misère".Mais de là à l'utiliser dans 2 des 3 entrées et 2 des 3 plats proposés, c'est de l'abus. En plus, cela donne un aspect figé à la "sauce" qui ne trompe pas.C'est dommage car il y a moyen de se passer de ce subterfuge savoureux et cela donnerait plus d'espace à la qualité des produits proposés.Vraiment dommage.

Nous ne connaissions ni l'endroit ni l'établissement mais qui ne se risque pas ne sait pas. Les plats servis sont copieux et gouteux comme ces côtes de faon dont je me régale encore. Le patron nous a tout raconté, il est accueillant et généreux avec ses hôtes. Alors, vous qui me lisez, pourquoi hésiteriez-vous encore ? Allez ey goûtez ! Boucher de formation, le patron Bernard gère cet établissement de main de maître. La grande spécialité de la maison: LA viande, sous toutes ses formes

We arrived, by chance, at this beautiful restaurant in the afternoon. The friendly and professional staff made us feel as if we were family. The varied and fantastily prepared food, was as incredible as the eating experience. In 62 years, I have not had as good food, nor a better dining experience. The beautiful grounds combined with the unmatched courses made this an almost dreamlike experience. Thanks!

The city of HUY, Belgium is a scenic little town with a couple of nice monuments. Many restaurants in the old part of the city; this one is worth a visit: good food, nice location, moderate prices.

We have had the chance to discover this tremendous restaurant last Friday eve. Honestly we were really impressed by the quality of both the food and the service. Tomatoes from the garden, fish from Brittany, veg, king crabe, mellow cake... so many dishes! No mistakes! We will come back there asap! Best place to visit!

I organised a group to attend a concert in Huy, Belgium. After that, the 12 of us went to a restaurant which I had booked by phone, based on the web info.Well, it was a good choice. We had a 3 course meal, ans despite the fact that we were 12 guests, the food was hot in our plates, the service was fast and friendly, and, cherry on the cake, it was all for a very reasonable price. Bravo !

Such a gorgeous place. Very beautiful decor. Food and service was amazing. Had the set menu, each course was more delicious than the last. Plus there were addition tasters that weren't on the menu. Such a welcoming restaurant, staff were very friendly! Would definitely visit again.
