Huge thanks to Pam and her team for helping feed breakfast to 20 hungry rugby players as we travelled through on the way to a match.Went the extra mile to accommodate such a large group, and breakfast was outstanding.Need such places to thrive, so do what you can to support!

Fast food this place is not, I popped in on the way home from a day out to get a few bags of chips for the kids well 15 minutes is not what you expect at 6pm to wait for chipsHi there Thanks for your review and sorry you have to rate us 1 * for slow service. Ideally it would be good to have feed back on the quality of product and service combined. Chips from fresh take 12-15 mins to cook so apologise if the team put fresh chips on for you to give you a good quality product but if you had asked if there were chips ready as you were in a hurry the team or I would have accommodated as best we could. We also have a telephone system in operation so although you were present in the shop our phone customers that called prior to you entering will be served before you as in first served first out. So again I apologise if you felt you waited to long but our system has worked for 12 years. And my team are amazing and work extremely hard in an uncomfortable heat to provide a service so that people do not have to go home and cook on a day out but not many people actually appreciate the fact that they have this option because people like my team and I work unsociable hours to provide this service.

I have visited the Balti Cottage frequently over the past few years and I have never been disappointing. The food is always very tasty, perfectly cooked and the service is fantastic. The staff are always very friendly and attentive and you can see that this is a well run family business. I will continue to order take away from here as long as it is open.

Visited for lunch. It is a an old style fast food restaurant on the Dingwall high street with decor to match. We make a point of travelling up from Moray at least once a year for our fix.........an International Grill. The food was freshly made and served hot. The waitress who served us was both courteous and efficient. The place is kept clean and tidy.

The Jade House has now changed hands and is now the Lucky House. Food is good - similar standard to the former Jade House. We had a takeaway of prawn dishes and vegetarian dishes and they appeared very promptly and stayed hot whilst I carried them for 12 minutes back to the house. Service was very friendly and prices fair. We would definitely come here when next in Ullapool.

We stopped off here on our way back to Inverness, primarily to use the toilet but decided to have a drink, this cafe is a roadside cafe and I was surprised at the variety of things they did. I am a Coeliac and they catered for Gluten free, having GF Bread and cakes, they also understood about cross contamination. I had a coffee and the carrot cake and both the coffee and cake was excellent. Well worth a stop here, it is just past Rogie Falls
