Metepec (Spanish: (help·info)) is a city and municipality in the State of Mexico in Mexico and is located directly to the east of the state capital, Toluca, at an altitude of 2,635 metres (8,645 ft) above sea level. The centre of Mexico City lies some 50 km further to the east. The name Metepec comes from Náhuatl meaning hill of the maguey plants. However, it is also known in the Matlatzinca language as "Nepinta-Tuhi" meaning 'people of corn land' and in the Otomi language as "Ntaguada".

Ya sea por antojo o que necesites algo rápido, aquà encuentras un lugar limpio y con un buen café o jugo natural para acompañar tu taco de canasta. Bien servidos y todos de buen sazón, del básico de papá o frijol hasta el de chicharrón y sudadero. Ojo, el sudadero es molido lo que permite que el taco se pueda bien disfrutar por niños pequeños. Las salsas están picositas, una buena combinación para disfrutar un desayuno o almuerzo rápido.

Pues cometo que e ido 3 veces por qué la comida es buena y el precio también. Pero su atención es pésima las personas que atienden tienen una actitud pésima con jetas la chava es muy déspota el chavo también y todo el tiempo se te quedan viendo, sus miradas son incómodas pero pides algo y como que se molestan cero atentos. Las 3 veces que e ido se hacen patos con el cambio y por una u otra cosa ya no lo reclamo y me e ido. Es una lástima que tengan ese comportamiento

This place started as a food truck and has grown to include 5-6 indoor but open air picnic benches with waitresses. The menu is long and varied, with various appetizers, hot dogs, and burgers. We tried the mac & cheese burger (too cheesy) and the shrimp burger which was piled high with 3 large onion rings that tasted like pancakes. The service was attentive, immediately removing dirty napkins, but slow, with a 25 min wait after placing our order. Their target customers are the high school kids from the Tec down the street, not really a family or couples spot.

The Hit & Run is a food cart next to the Thrifty Ice Cream shop on Technological. Seating is available in the outdoor area between the shops. The dogs are great! They offer a number of combos with unique toppings - I especially liked the shrimp dog. The fries are good, and jamaica water is offered along with the standard sodas. Prices are good, lower than most combos at McD or BK.
