was came on april 29th with friends, we had very nice bread served wit olive oil and vinegar, lasagna, seafood pizza, pasta and etc ( couldn't remember the name for main dishes, just enjoy what they served hahhaha).Food was great, also wine and coffee, they serve right in time as we want it.Trained staff and can speak english well, the atmosphere is nice, and also we can enjoy the view of tianjin from our seat. That's great place to enjoy

Maybe in a village, this would be an excellent experience. And as we many years ago declared Tianjin to be the biggest village in the world, yes, people might get excited.But as I arrived here about 10 pm. and almost no guests, menu and decoration are more like a Chinese pub approaching just any kind of foreigners, I was slightly disappointed after the excellent reviews I read before.At least the Guinness was cool and fresh. So I left the rather quiet place after one and a half hour...

My family and I dined here for lunch recently while walking through the Italian area of Tianjin. The staff were welcoming and helpful. A well stocked bar was available, and the wait staff spoke good English. It is located on a street with a wide range of restaurants.We shared 3 different types of Pasta and one Pizza, all of which were of a high standard and were delicious. The quality and taste were excellent. The food was served promptly and professionally.The only downside we noticed in the restaurant was that some customers were smoking in the dining room, which detracted slightly from the experience.Overall, however, we really enjoyed our meal here and would look forward to returning here again on a future visit to Tianjin. I recommend it. The price paid was reasonable for the quality of the food.Dear Mr. OzML thank for your review. Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant because of its delicious food and relaxing, classic atmosphere. Service is very attentive. Occasionally the restaurant would host international food festivals and different food from other countries would be served. Last time I was there it was a Russian theme, so I had plenty of really authentic Russian cuisine! From the windows also you will be able to see the skyline of the rising skyscrapers and western style grand mansions on the other side of Hai River. It's going to look really beautiful once they're completed.

Dined here a few times, including a Sunday brunch. I thoroughly enjoyed the decor, service, and atmosphere. On a clear day you can go out and enjoy the beautiful views of the Hai River. Compared to other hotels in Tianjin such as the Astor or the Westin or the Sheraton, the food options are not as plenty but the quality is unbeatable, especially the dessert. There's also foreign staff working in the restaurant so it creates a fairly international dining environment. Had the pleasure of having lunch here over the weekend with some friends. Actually it was a blue sky day, which was awesome! Had a really great lunch here. High quality food and wine. Friendly staff. Very intimate. They have inside and outside seating. Was too windy for outside though. Beautiful views of Tianjin. Brasserie Flo is a French restaurant based in the Italian quarter of Tianjin. On the night we went the restaurant was fully booked, and as we had not booked we didn't think we would be able to eat there that night. However, the restaurant reorganised another group (they were given a VIP room) to enable us to dine there. This is not a cheap option restaurant, but well well worth spending the money for a special evening. The service was exceptional, food excellent. We all had something different and each meal was superb. As the Mother In Law - I was given a bouquet of meringues and sponges on a stick, which was rather special.The ambience is lovely, relaxed and there is absolutely no rush, or push for you to eat up and go.A special treat place definitely.Thank you for dropping us a lovely comment here and we are glad you and your family have a joyous night with us and we will share this review with the staff as a motivation for them to push harder to strive to be better.

This place is all about the meat! Various steak options and all well-priced. We had the tomahawk for around 650 RMB, which was delicious and about half the price of any other good steak restaurant in the Tianjin/Beijing area. Affordable wine list as well. Would definitely recommend this place

I have been to this location several times on busineess and for leisure. Always has been enjoyable to meet others from around the world and speak with the servers behind the bar. It is enjoy sharing experiences of my travels and talk about the United States, my home town, and learning more about china as well. Additionally they will have live music on occasion that features music from singers who will sing many American hits. The area is decorated in large art sculptures and colors from floor to ceiling. Palm trees fill in the large empty area which is next to the large buffet dining area and plenty of seating for larger groups along side the bar area. I recommend anyone who has the chance to stay at the TEDA Renaissance hotel, stop by the " TEDA BAR". The high spirited and conversational women (Super and Twinkle) will be happy to get you your favorite drink.

Staff were great! Very friendly, helpful! Very accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety for Chinese people. Would not say it was good for Western people. It had the basics like bacon and eggs etc. However the food was old and not fresh. The sandwich was so old the lettuce was almost paper. (No moisture left) The bacon was like rubber. Not warm, not even room temperature. Anything western that was not cooked in front of you was pretty bad in terms of quality. The food needs to stay hot. Obviously the heat lamps were ineffective and they should be turned up or replaced. Also they need more quality control on some of the dishes they leave out. The sandwiches and other stuff should be replaced or thrown out more often because this is how people get sick, old food left out for a long time.
