Sehr netter Service, tolles Essen (Hirschbraten mit Spätzle) und ein vernünftiges Bier, einen Schnaps gabs auch aufs Haus, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und toll ist im Winter der Platz am Kachelofen im Stüberl.Ziemlich störend fanden wir, dass im Hauptraum kräftig geraucht wurde und die Türe zum Stüberl permanent offen war und seitens der Bedienung auch nicht geschlossen wurde. Die Toiletten sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Unter die Bank im Stüberl sollte man besser nicht schauen. Mir fiel eine Münze auf den Boden und rollte unter die Bank. Dort fand ich neben einem Handspiegel diverses Gegenstände und natürlich Staub mit Spinnnweben verziert.

Dropped in here for a meal last night while staying across the road at the Lambacher guesthouse. It was very busy (about 7:30pm on a Saturday night), but the waitress managed to find us one free table that just needed to be cleared.We weren't really hungry as we had eaten a massive lunch at Tegernsee Brausterbl, so we ordered drinks first, a dark beer (Dunkel) for me and a Pinot Grigio 0.25L for my wife. The Pinot turned out to be a rose!The menu was in German and I couldn't understand most of it, so the waitress brought us an English version and we ordered one meal to share (Shashlik with french fries). When the meal appeared, it was clear that this order was also mixed-up, in that we had a very full plate each!The food was very tasty, with the shashlik of meat and veg covered in a goulash-like sauce and the chips were the crispiest, tastiest ever with the gravy! Although full, I managed to eat most of mine and my wife finished hers off completely!The waitress was lovely, very helpful, and i think the kitchen screwed up our order, hence, only 3 stars, but the food is definitely worth 4 stars.P.S. I also am giving just 3 stars because the restaurant was way too warm, even when we stripped down to T-shirts. A poor lady on an adjacent table was fanning herself for much of the night!

It's a small cozy place to stop by and grab a pizza. Very yum pizzas are srved here, one slice is big enough and served in a box. I went to this place long back, so not sure if they serve the same way in same style now. I was missing these small little cafe's where i ate in the year 2009 when i was away from my home for long to stay in Austria. Wanted to write something for them, do not remember the names of all the places though. Below #tripadvisor does not have an option to select the year 2009 so for now i am selecting the last year option available to me.Sometimes you gorge on some yum food at places and remember them after years, i have so many such places in mind, and wanted to extend my heartfelt thank you note to those chefs, who put in so much effort to make your food tasty & healthy.

Enotheka o.k. but not a ristorante! Misleading Info by most participants. As a restaurant serving food it is not worth mentioning. But if one wants some good Italian-style antipasti it is excellent. Only few dishes, one main lunch dish, some pasta suggestions and cold antipasti like vitello tonato etc. cut sausage and bacon, tasty bread it is good. Prices are moderate. Quantity is more than average. Service polite.

Che dire 2 anni dopo ci ritorno come promesso e la salita a piedi e pur sempre dura ma dopo 90 minuti finalmente vedo la cima e una buona weizen con un magnifico canederlo in brodo, che dire ci tornerò alquanto prima non lascerò passare altri 2 anni

Der Aufstieg (etwas mehr als eine Stunde) lohnt sich immer - der Ausblick ist gigantisch, das Essen über die Jahre gleichbleibend sehr gut und die Wirtsleute bewahren auch im grössten Streà die Ruhe. Dass die Preise etwas steigen, ist halt normal....

For locals this is somewhere you go for a special occassion. After a terrific nice and long walk, we arrived for a late lunch at this beautiful restaurant. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful to advise what we should like to eat. The food and drinks really delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere, warmth and surely come back!!
