Stayed for a long weekend at the Kempinski Gravenbruch and had our dinners at this lovely restaurant. Great food at reasonable prices when you think of Frankfurt in your 15 min drive.One special word to Jaggi who always went the extra mile to satisfy his customers, including ourselves. Good advice and very good food and drinks.You should try this place and there will be no regrets ?

Very nice atmosphere, great people, very very good food. It looks like a "Neighborhood Restaurant" and it is a restaurant and for the neighborhood but also for ALL.The customers know a lot each other, the owner takes care of each and everyone, and the waiters are running and rushing to make sure everything goes well. There are 2 menus : A steady one and a daily one (fresh from the market wise). We have been there 2 evenings out of 3 (for one of the evenings we have been invited) and the QUALITY and TASTINESS of the food was just GREAT

We were recommended this place by the conceige. Certainly weren't disappointed. We shared a hot prawn in garlic followed by a rump with salad. The rump was great and was served on a sizzling castiron plate. The salad that accompanied it was enormous. My wife order the beef salad which was also enormous. The service was excellent and the ambiance is great. We would definitely go back. Ps. A lot of people were enjoying their Hamburgers.

Located on Offenbach's Wilhelmplatz, the Markthaus is just one of many dining options around that square. Competition is stiff - but in this town seems to produce a cluster of excellent restaurants.The Markthaus can probably best be characterised as specialising in regional dishes from the region of Hesse, and they do it well. Three generations of a family fed and happy, with the one caveat that the Markthaus may want to try a little harder to offer vegetarians a few interesting dinner options, too.

This family owned restaurant has friendly atmosphere and super service. Menu is short but food is the best from local kitchen! The Speyereck offers the "root menu" also repeatedly seasonal dishes. Had dinner here with a group of 8. The food was excellent. Great quality, good presentation and wonderful mix of flavours. And the staff was great. The lady running the restaurant (maybe owner) is a great charachter and having a very positive impact on the atmosphere. Great experience and i would definitely recommend this.

We came here tonight without a reservation and very much enjoyed our stay. The place is very nicely designed and even offered live music.Our waiter was amazing, he came back so many times to check on us, he knew our entire drink order which we placed with his colleague and he really made our evening.Food was very good and we enjoyed the local appetizers (Tapas from Hesse), the steak and salads.I would definitely be back.

I came to this restaurant by personal recommendation. Otherwise I wouldnât have looked for a restaurant in Offenbach while in Frankfurt. Having seen the rating, my expectations were high. However, they were surpassed. The food was brilliant, a traditional substantial core with an exotic surprising touch. Excellent wines for reasonable prices. Service maybe a bit slow, but thatâs easily forgiven in such a friendly atmosphere in the lovely garden which of course was filled to capacity this warm summer evening.

We had lunch outside on a sunny day and the square has a touch of Mediterranean flair on market day. The waitresses were very friendly and efficient. Attention is paid to detail, everything is clean and there are little touches like a slice of lime in the coke and a little basket of bread with the salad. Presentation is excellent and the menu is varied.We chose from the lunch menu - beef medallions with 3 different sauces, served with chips and a small salad. The beef was very tender and clearly excellent quality. I was not keen on the salad dressing and I was not offered any choice. The favours were good, but not quite a 5 star for me.I would revisit this restaurant, especially with anyone who loves steak as there is a huge selection.
