We really loved our dining experience in AGâs. We were given the menu to look at while we sat in the Champagne bar next door with some canapés. We decided to go for the tasting menu, with the wine flight. The speed of the service was just right, allowing enough time between courses, so we didnât feel rushed, or that we were waiting. The size of each wine served was generous for a wine flight. The room had a lovely atmosphere, there was a buzz from having multiple diners, but the tables had a lot of space between them. Even though each serving was quite small, we certainly felt full by the time we got to the end of the menu, so didnât need anything bigger. It might not be the cheapest restaurant, but we felt that we got value for money.

Coffee good and food looked good. We would have tried some but when we asked if pastries were available we were told no and no mention was made of the cookies, flapjacks etc that we saw after we had drunk our coffee. Went to visit this restaurant in Crawley with my parents and unfortunately, my experience could not have been worse.The place was nearly empty but still service was awful. We had go to looking for the waiter/waitress just to get the menus for the place. After waiting some more, we finally got our order taken.Since this is a "Spanish tapas" place, we decided to go with multiple small starters, both hot and cold. Most of the dishes were ok, nothing that stands out particularly, but then we got to the Spanish croquetas... First batch of two portions comes in and they are literally frozen on the inside, we tried the other one just to see that it wasn't an odd mistake, but all well frozen. We called the waiter, told him about this and kindly requested to get them replace. After a short while, they brought another couple of croquetas portions... And again all frozen inside... Mind you, this is now 4 different dishes that were delivered and not cooked properly. The restaurant didn't even check the replacement order to see if it was fine after the issue was highlighted. After this we decided to cut out losses and cancel the order. No real apology from the restaurant, no effort to make things right... Just awful service and food. No respectable did establishment will deliver twice a poorly cooked dish, not to mention the fact that probably all their food options are frozen based.This is certainly not a good representation of what a Spanish restaurant is, the are certainly far better options even in Crawley if you crave this type of food, otherwise Haywards Heath or Guildford are good alternatives for Spanish tapas.Can't stress this enough, avoid this place and save yourself a bad experience that might tarnish you opinion on Spanish food.Dear pipebk. An alright place for breakfast reasonably quick service. Very good selection. However it was very irritating to have bread to large for toaster. You needed to toast it turn it by 180 degrees and toast again. Caused frustration by all.Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback for us. We went for lunch to try out the facilities for a possible booking for a future group lunch.The food was very good but we found the layout and arrangements a bit odd. The restaurant is U-shaped formed of two opposite side corridors connected by a larger main area. In addition, many spa visitors came in for their afternoon tea in their white robes and flip flops or bare feet - not a good look I felt. Why can't so many have a separate communal area rather than 'infiltrate' a dining room? It was so bizarre that we won't be having our group lunch there but we may go to their main restaurant for dinner as the food was good.

Impeccable service, being escorted to & from the gardens and restaurant and well paced fine dining with some delicious food. The quality and finesse was evident on all courses and the clever new dining area makes you feel part of the garden for a special experience. This is a historic garden, carefully maintained and densely planted to very high standard which gives interest all year and a unique, secluded and relaxed environment for a high class hotel and restaurant.

Everyone was very friendly, the atmosphere was really nice. The food was very good and the complimentary soup cup they give is amazing I loved it!! The only thing I could say is my sea bass dish was a little bit over flavoursome, I know that sounds silly but I have nearly finished two drinks just due to it being so strong however the sea bass itself is amazing, itâs only the sauces with the risotto thatâs quiet strong.

Lobster night- Went with my two daughters on a spur of the moment thing â very warm welcome by the manager and two waitresses who showed us to a delightful table. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Drinks arrived swiftly and our order promptly taken. We went for the Pesce e pesce â delicious fish, great dip and superb skinny fries. Washed down with an Italian white and a beer. All in all an excellent evening. They deserve to go from strength to strength.
