We have been to this restaurant twice on separate holidays whilst visiting family in Limburg. Both times service and good excellent. The staff were the same as 3 years ago which is nice. The chef is really funny and friendly, comes out to chat. Good prices, good food, good atmosphere. You can sit inside but we sit in the conservatory (people can smoke if they sit in there). Ashtrays on tables but I didn't see anyone smoking, then there is a place outside with no cover. Limburg is a lovely town, lovely scenery, friendly people. We went upstairs to get to the restaurant, not sure if there is a separate entrance for wheelchairs. Tasty food at a good price. Not sure about the vegetarian/vegan food, I didn't look on the menu but I'm sure there will be a menu on their website.

Aufgrund der tollen Bewertungen haben wir dieses Lokal ausprobiert und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Schnitzel (Jäger- und Zigeuner) waren sehr lecker, die Bratkartoffel 1a und die Portionen groÃ. Auch die anderen angebotenen Speisen, die angeboten wurden, hörten sich sehr gut an. Es gibt auch Speisen für Vegetarier.Die Dame, die uns bedient hat, war unglaublich nett und aufmerksam. Auch wenn - wie schon von anderen beschrieben - die Inneneinrichtung sehr einfach und alt erscheint -, war es zum einen pikobello sauber und zum anderen waren wir schlieÃlich zum Essen da.Wer also Wert auf gutes Essen ohne viel Schnickschnack legt ist hier genau richtig. Die Preise sind auch sehr moderat und es gibt eine Mittagskarte.

Located right by the river and with a historic waterwheel running continuously, this restaurant has a great feel. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful river views and the relaxing sound of the water turning the wheel. The food was home made and it was delicious. I would definitely go back.
