We went here on a very busy night in Newcastle after the championship rugby final. It was extremely popular and rightly so as the food was excellent and the staff were all friendly. We had the banquet and it was probably the best we have had. Drinks are very reasonably priced. At the end of the meal the manager sorted taxis for us which was much appreciated.

A no frills little restaurant if you drove past you would see queues of people being served (and very quickly to). The food is authentic, the owner having spent many years out Far East with his Malaysian wife (I think). The food is delicious with a great choice, and not to expensive too. It is eat all you want for a set price, and believe me a couple of platefuls of different food will suffice anyone. There is plenty of room for parking on surrounding streets.

Although we live some 9 miles from this takeaway, and there are many much nearer to where we live, the food at this takeaway is always consistently good. It is a good idea to ring your order in, particularly on a Saturday evening, when sometimes the queues are long. The beef curry is very special, and worth travelling the 18 miles for. Two main courses with rice, and prawn crackers will set you back about £13.00. which is comparable with similar meals from other chinese takeaways.

Recently celebrated 60th birthday with family and had a wonderful meal . The staff were great . I can only say you have to try this restaurant, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Prices are really reasonable and choice is fantastic there's something for everyone - that includes my grandson who wasn't into Chinese food but cannot wait to go back. So see you soon..
