Service terrible Food even worst..... never had a hamburger bleeding before.... absolutely raw!!!!! So what do they do? Chuck it back in pan and gave it me back as hard as a brick Couldn't eat it.... waiter was oblivious to what the problem was as he thought you could eat even a raw hamburger as the meat is "honestly fresh" Place run by kids.... absolute no idea how to run a restaurant

Interesting little cafe, specialising in air dried cured meats. Plenty of choice and inexpensive.Lovely waitresses who spoke English to help me when my Italian faltered.This is the small sharing platter.Do not miss the place if you're in Viterbo.

Had a lovely meal here. The rabbit 'porchetta style' was excellent, as was the beef with peppers and aubergines. We very much liked also the gnocchi with truffles and tomatoes which was a subtly flavoured. But for us the star of the meal was a fettuccini-like pasta with an extraordinary sauce made from egg, chilli, proscitto crude and Pecorino Romano cheese. It was absolutely delicious.Peter

I came back again to San Martino for holidays, and also this time I'm gone to this fantastic Restaurant where I've aeten fried apple with pecorino cheese and honey, fantastic combination, cheeses with fruit mustards, ravioli with purple patatoes with cod sauce and fresh mozzarella. Drinking a good beer from a local brewery. What to say more, very very warm the hospatality , were the clients are wellcome. They speak many languages and you can understand what you eat cos the menu are wrote in 3 languages.If you arethere, try it....
