Lovely round restaurant with free parking underneath the restaurant. Fun menu and kind service. Do not understand why we could not order a carafe of water but had to order a bottle,even though we also ordered beers and such, shame, shame.The overall experience was pleasant.

When you leave a restaurant feeling totally stressed, things can definitely be improved. As the restaurant didnât appear to be too busy we decided to eat there. Ordered sangria x 2 and a bottle of water, bread with dips, Asian style prawns and cod with a crust. The drinks took a very long time to appear but we were delighted with our sangria so relaxed. The bread and dips after a further long wait appeared but again we enjoyed it so waved away the wait. The further 40 minutes of waiting could not however be ignored. We watched 5 tables who had been seated after us be served their mains and decided to question our waiting period. Staff members weâre unhelpful to the point of rude in their response. Eventually one staff member discovered that no one had relayed to the kitchen that our bread plates had been cleared and we were ready for mains. Then there was confusion about whether we were waiting for the bread order or the mains order! Finally the prawns and cod arrived. The cod was luke warm as it had been held and the prawns were floating in a sea of oil. To finish the disaster I found a hair in the prawns. Now we accept that everyone is allowed to make a mistake ... itâs not the mistake thatâs important, itâs the way you respond and rectify it. Being charged the full price of 60 euro and not being offered an extra drink while you wait is not at all what we expected. It was not the relaxed dining experience we paid for - it was a stressful waste of an evening... not to mention money.Dear Madam, Sir,Thank you for your response. First of all I want to apologize for the bad experience you have had with us. we do our best every day to serve every guest as well as possible. And apparently everything went wrong with your table that evening. I have discussed it with our staff, who have indicated that errors were indeed made in communication and service and that these errors were subsequently not corrected properly. We will do everything we can to prevent this from happening in the future. We are sorry that this happened to you, and I would like to compensate you for this experience. I taught this was supposed to be the best restaurant in Hotel van Oranje but maybe we had our expectations up too high after restaurant Oriento. We took a four course Asparagus menu. Unfortunately they completely messed up the first course, the second course was not really our taste, the main course and desert were really good luckily. I should say I give them credit for admitting that they forget some of the ingredients in the first course but still they did nothing to make it good. I have enjoyed better menus for 150⬠(for 2 inclusive wine and apero). We left the restaurant slightly disappointed. Service here was good as well but not as good as in Oriento. I cannot recommend this restaurant.Fun thing about this restaurant is that many dishes seem to be prepared next to your table, unfortunately none of the asparagus menu.Dear Country_hopper99,Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, the evening is not as you expected. Yesterday we had dinner al Dylans in the Alexander hotel in Noordwijk. What a great restaurant. The new interior looks chique and modern. It feels that you are in New York. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We tried the beef in salt crest which is normally done with fish. The beef was so soft and tasteful. The chef knows what he is doing. If they would restyle the entrance of the hotel along with the current interior it would be even more attractive. You do not expect this restaurant from the outside.

We were here for lunch with the family. The beachclub is located at a beautiful spot with a terrace. The indoor seats and chairs are also very comfortable. The food was nice and good staff, so we had a nice time here.

Excellent restaurant ! Good food, starters, mains and desert all very tasty and perfect presentation! The staff that serves are very friendly and helpful. When visiting we noticed several repeat customers always a good sign. The place is not too big but very cosy. When visiting Noordwijk again, for sure we will pick this place.

Friends recommend us to this restaurant, it has a nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. The starters were better than average (scallops) but the rest was all very average. The fish brochette was fine but not special. My husbandâs pork tenderloin was very dry. The starter bread was what you can buy in a grocery store. All to say...I can cook better at home. No need to pay such money for this food. We wonât be back, too bad.

Ich have been here auf few years before and they have kept und their Level in anderen touristic environment where the temptation is big to lower your colours to what everybody else is doing there.They offer meals (you choose the number of courses) and the composition is vergessen sophisticated, down to the desserts. Fish, very good choices of meat going with veggies in a very modern and nice way. The advice on the Wine was very helpful, as my choice on the house wine was not to my taste. The aussie replacement was first category.
