It was a Sunday drive to see more of the old military base in Ceiba and found this restaurant that was once the Chief Officers Club. Beautiful view out to sea with Vieques in the background. Very relaxing and great chat with the locals that are mainly fishermen. Talk to Wilfredo, he is the owner.

Okay, this was a great stop. This stop boasted friendly locals at the bar, filling, quality dishes, and inexpensive drinks. Even though service could be really slow, I really enjoyed my meal here!
