We had dinner last night and it was a disaster... Service was very very slow, it took 30 minutes before we were able to ask for our meals, 1 hour later to get the meal and the waitress had made a mistake on the order... I had ordered ribs and chicken and my plate came with only ribs and oven baked potatoes, no sign of chicken nor veggies... When I told the waiter about the missing chicken, he said if I want chicken, he will cook one for me. At this point, since the first waitress had told us it took 30 minutes to cook the chicken, why our meals came so late, I simply told him to steal a pieces of chicken from another plate... No way I will wait 30 minutes for my meal... Baton Rouge used to be a very nice place to have dinner with family and friends but the quality has downgraded, I should have taken a picture of y plate, as it looks so poor...Will find another restaurant to have my ribs now. They were the saviour of our dinner.

I've finally found a restaurant that serves and excellent breakfast. Very well presented, courteous, the food outstanding. My eggs benedict served with a small steak and mushrooms and onions (yes, guilty as charged!) with a very good hollandaise sauce. If your looking for a good start of day, this is the place. Did not have an English menu though, and the prices range from about 11$ and up. Its been a long-time since I gave a five-star rating, home away from home food, yum, yum! p.s. all plates serve with abundant fresh-fruit and crème-anglaise if you wish.

We decided to try this restaurant after a morning of shopping. I found the service okay and the meal okay. I found for lunch they were overpriced. I must admit the meal was not memorable for our family. I probably will not go back as I just found they were overpriced for lunchHi dperronmallette,I'd like to reach out and thank you for your feedback. This place is amazing! Great tasting food, with only fresh quality ingredients, Deluxe burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches, to die for fish and chips. Oh and the poutines (pulled porc, vegetarian ect...) So much to choose from. They have their alcohol permit so tap beer, red or white wine or if you prefer 3 different flavors of milk shakes.... The decor is very modern with garage doors that open to the street and flat screen TV. Prices are very reasonable considering the food being served.Lastly the staff and the service. This place totally stands out in this department. The owners are always there to greet you, enquire about your opinion on the food or just for a quick chat. If you are looking for a trendy pub atmosphere with great food, then give this place a shot. Daily specials offer something different than your average burger and fries. We were a table of 8 and everyone enjoyed their choices from the onion soup with onion ring, Tao battered fish on Asian salad, veal chops and salmon tartare. The donuts served in a paper bag with dip was a hit as well. Dinner for 2 with drinks and tip was $85.

We tried this restaurant on a sunday me and 2 friends and we all loved the place. We got a table outside and service was quick. We ordered some fresh orange juice, which is very refreshing! We all got different plates just so we could try a bit of everything. Some dishes were either dry or simply lacking flavor. The outside seating was basically what we like the most...and the fresh juice! I will deff try some other places before going back.

Well want to try this restaurant again .Ive been there 2 before and i like it .....not super but good.That saud ut had just opened so let give it a 3 tried.The burger was great had the Dallas lol great sauce .Drunks a yummy and got to go at happy hour .The service was great once your ready just place the menu on the sid of table.Only - the frys ..need to be more fresh and hot .Ill give it a go back to and when warm eat outside.

We've now reserved several times at chez Milot for staff meetings and events. They have private rooms for groups. The smaller room has a tv monitor if needed for presentations. They offer pre-set menus that run around $25 per person that is different from the banquet BBQ chicken we're used to getting. The menus normally includes soup, an appetizer, main course (choice of pasta, chicken, beef, fish) and dessert.

This little breakfast place is worth visiting. It has a small terrace and enough inside space to ensure year-round comfort. The food and service (while very business-like) is quite good and we have put it on our return list for the winter. You will probably not be disappointed if you give the Reveil Matin a try in the coming months!Thank you very much for this great comment. It's so motivating for our entire team! Les Menus Plaisirs is an annual summer getaway and it never disappoints.From the large and extremely comfortable suites to the beautiful patio with it's tranquil fountain surrounded by flowers and foliage.The restaurant is excellent as is the service.You feel like you are in a countryside Auberge in Europe.We will be back!Thank you
