We celebrated our fifth wedding aniversary here, having dinner with two of our closest friends. When we arrived, there were five beautiful red roses on our table, precisely according to my wish when booking the table. Delicious food, delicious wine and very friendly people! Ann-Sofie and her husband who are running the place are really lovely persons! Highly recommended!!

Väsby Nya Konditori is an old-style confectionery situated on the main street of Upplands Väsby, one has to go straight from the station to get there. It has a big glass veranda, very nice in the darkness.The place is famous for the cake called White Lady: chocolate sponge cake with chocolate mousse and whipped cream, covered with white marzipan. According to their website, the cake was invented there. I tried it, it was lovely, very fresh and not too sweet. There are also many other cakes, sandwiches and typical Swedish pastry, and one may purchase the whole cake. A classical Swedish konditori: what else should I say? The pieces of cake are quite big, don't hesitate to take a second cup of coffee if you want ^_^

En trevlig utflykt till The Nut House är en trevlig stund på helgen.Det finns konst, blommor, prydnader, café och mat på samma ställe.Nu i början av säsongen har man börjat komma igång men upplevelsen kommer garanterar bli ännu bättre mitt i sommaren.Lugnt och trevligt, vi var rätt tidiga, med trevlig personal förgyller söndagen.
