Seated straight away and our waitress was prompt and curtious. Arrived for a late breakfast/early lunch just before 12 so ordered the Club sandwich with soup and my daughter ordered the Turkey, cranberry and stuffing sandwich with soup also. Both sanwiches were served on lovely fresh brown bread with plenty of ingredients and were so delicious and the carrot and coriander soup was gorgeous. Looking forward to returning.

Have been here twice in past two weeks, both times the food and service were great. Nice friendly staff who are very attentive and pleasant. The food which I think is a mixture of Chinese and Thai was both tasty and generously sized portion wise so if you are unable to finish it all they will happily offer to pack it up for you to take home. They are reasonably priced for dinner not too sure what their lunch menu looks like though but glad there is finally a restaurant on Newbridge Main Street that is actually open during lunchtime. They are situated opposite the Garda Station.

Dimly lit, cold, food substandard, service dreadful.Very uninviting. Tea was completely forgotten despite being given cups and milk. Food was microwave heated, dry and way too hot to eat. My hot chocolate was tepid and sickly sweet. I would not return.

Visited here a couple of weeks ago.myself and my husband had a breakfast which we like todo while the children are at school and have to say it was the nicest breakfast i've had in a long time, beautiful.. staff so friendly, looking forward to dropping in to try the lunch, well done everyone. I think our waitress name was francis

It is always such a joy to be greeted by the professionally, friendly, welcoming staff at Cafe Continental! The food is par excellence also. The decor is warm and inviting. I dined here with a family member today and it was once again a truly enjoyable experience. The goats cheese salad was superb! I continue to return here regularly as it is by far the best Cafe in Newbridge. I cannot recommend Cafe Continental highly enough. Keep up the great work!

First visit and iâm very positive suprised. Short and typical for lunchtime menu with some specials. Dishes looks really nice and tasty. Products are fresh and high quality, and cooked by people who know how to do it. On the end i decided to try carrot cake, home made. Was excellent! Fresh, tasty, perfect baked. If you are around and looking for good lunch - itâs definitely right place.

Had coffee here recently with a friend. Customer service is top class. It is quaint with lovely decor. If you are looking for a quiet place, lunchtime to be avoided as it is exceptionally busy.

This is a real gem and fantastic for lunch or breakfast. Their chill chicken is legendary and they have a brilliant selection of salads too. Staff are great and very friendly too always go the extra mile.

Hi folks I decided to visit my favourite eating spot again the other day. Would anything have changed, would the service,food or ambience have dropped in standard ,well not a bit. In fact they are quietly basking in glory. You can't beat getting an award or recognition of putting the hard graft and keeping your stards up. Yvonne , Seamus, Shirley and the rest of the gang work like a well oiled cogs to bring you the customers the best eating experience in Newbridge Have to say I love this place Especially before a hard days Graff to be pampered and fed and watered by the best. Sure I deserve it. marks out of 10 -11 just because of the consistency and friendliness of this Eatery for years. Thanks Folks
