Coyhaique (Spanish pronunciation: [koˈʝai̯.ke]), also spelled Coihaique in Patagonia, is the capital city of both the Coyhaique Province and the Aysén Region of Chile. Founded by settlers in 1929, it is a young city. Until the twentieth century, Chile showed little interest in exploiting the remote Aisén region. The Carretera Austral road opened in the 1980s.

What a great cafeteria the University has! Lots of light and good heating. Tasty coffee. Students working and relaxing in groups as well as teachers. Different kinds and shapes of tables and chairs. Really enjoyed the experience.

We are a small coffee cart, located in one of the north entrence of Coyhaique. We offer coffee natural juice and kombucha.... And our homemade sweets and salts paninis! You can hang out here and have wifi!

The only thing missing in my trip to the Chilean Patagonia was a good cup of coffee until I found this cozy coffee shop thatâs not only perfectly well attended by its owner but also serves fantastic coffee! If you happen to stop by Coyhaique, this is your last and only chance to find fantastic coffee.

We went to the Confluencia for lunch. The decor of the place is quite loud, and the food is average. I guess that a strong point here is the fact that it has wi-fi, and there's a roofed area for smokers.Its location is central, and close to all banks and shops in Coyhaique.

We went to Indian Stone for some tasty food. Was a nice surprise to find out the special sandwiches with seitán and veganeese. Also you can try the classic chilean pisco sour but based on local berry flavors such as Calafate sour and Maqui sour.
