There are a lot of food options and a lot of places I consider 5 stars in SXM but Caribbean blend has the best food on the island. The restaurant and service never disappoint. The drinks are amazing. Ask for Suzette she will surely take care of you.

We really enjoyed the Southwest Rolls and Chinese dumplings. Great spices and flavours. Ribs and garlic chicken skewers followed. The atmosphere was casual with an upscale vibe and the service was friendly.The wine list was well chosen and offered good value to star labels. The only place in St Maarten to serve porn star martinis.

Captain D makes the best jerk chicken wings ever. He was nice enough to give me some pointers on jerk wings so I could try and make them back in the states, but I have to say I doubt that will be possible. Captain D has the "touch". We quickly became addicted to his wings and intend to get there every time we visit St. Martin. Great job Captain D and Brenda! We consider you friends!

Great atmosphere! Right on Maho Bay! The waves, sunsets, the novelty of watching the planes flying over the beach and all the tourists covered in oil! Forget all that....... what really makes Tortuga special are the people! From the Kitchen staff firing out dishes left and right to a waitstaff of servers and Bartenders that will extinguish any thirsts you may have acquired throughout your day. Come in and say Hi to Tom and Mery. 2 of a kind you will never forget!

The food was awesome, went there three times during our stay in 10 days, Excellent pulled pork and ribs, Their Tuesday night steak dinner deal is the best on the island. Best potato salad I pad of my life, awesome live music as well, excellent setting, big portions and very reasonable pricesThank you for your review and glad you enjoyed our restaurant we do our best to give you quality food at reasonable prices. We came here after a tour we did because we had previously came here the year before. They have the best burgers! We were a large group and they had plenty of room for us at the tables on the patio under the umbrella.Our food and service was good this time around too. This place is located right on the beach so once you eat, you can enjoy the beautiful beach there as well.
