Amazing... Definitely a must come. Barbacoa is a beautiful fine dining restaurant with a very romantic vibe in the evening and delicious Latin American food. As you walk in the front door, youâre greeted by welcoming hostesses and to your right are pigs being roasted on the spit.The food truly is mouthwatering, I loved the proveletta cheese with jamón serrano for a start, then wagyu beef sirloin, a fried cauliflower salad and the pork roasted on the spit for 8 hours. The wagyu beef really melts in your mouthâ itâs just perfection.For dessert we had the tasting plate of white chocolate and honey comb sandwich, a 3 hour caramel flan and decadent chilli chocolate truffles. It was a wonderful evening here at Barbacoaâ loved it.

My girlfriend and I started with margaritas and tacos, we had special with fried crusted tuna and burnt-ends wagyu. For main she had the spagetti with clams, fresh garlic and fresh tomatoes. I had wagyu ribs and wagyu brisket, it melted like butter! After a little talk with the owner he recommended the pavlova as dessert, and I thank him for doing so because it was the icing on the cake! Overall a great experience in a nice restaurant with good rock music and a lovely staff! Thanks for kind words Willem. What a find! Top shelf service with a cold washer, hand gel and bug spray on arrival. The staff were very accommodating and polite.The menu is diverse with western and Balinese offerings in surroundings that are modern and clean. I went for Mr Bobâs Ribs and was not disappointed. A large meaty slab of tender ribs was served up with a Balinese blend of spices and sauces. My wife had the Nasi Goreng Ayam which was packed with flavour. Being just north from the overpriced central Seminyak restaurants, the prices here were very reasonable. With 2 for 1 beers all day, you canât go wrong.A special shout out to manager Wiri for his excellent service and advice.

food is excellent, staff are wonderful and make their guests very welcome. The only down side is their wine is expensive, very nice but it does increase the cost of the meal considerably. When the wine costs more than the food, that can't be right but we still went back.Dear illbesixfootunder,Thank you for your kind words and we are very happy you enjoyed our food and have been to our place 4 times in one week.However, please note that wine everywhere in Indonesia is very expensive due to 100% import taxes. In fact, our wine is one of the most well priced in the area.Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix that. I guess we can blame it to the customs instead.Thanks,Alex
