Not being fish eaters, we ended up here for delicious food (Wiener schnitzel and roast potatoes) which were tasty. The staff were friendly, one of the friends really enjoyed the German beer. We left the castle and crossed over the bridge to the new town on the left hand side about 3 doors along. Great service I would recommend here and would definitely return.

maybe beacuse i was expecting something great but ihave been quite disappointed by this pub. i have ordered a chianina burger but it was really nothing special, almost disappointing... cakes are good thoughi have found it quite expensive as well

I don't eat a lot of Pizza (have to watch the middle) but Aguaraja was recommended by my guest house and I am in Italy!What a busy place and not that easy to find if you are a stranger as the sign is not clear. I passed it twice! The road directly opposite the pharmacy and up on the right 100m.The service was excellent and friendly...I luckily got a lady who spoke English.The beer was excellent...they specialise in fine beers. The pizza was medium to poor. The middle of the base was wet and soggy....unforgivable to me. The topping was good. This cost â¬7 and this should have given me a perfect pizza for that price. I have had fantastic pizzas for under â¬4 !! Unbelievable but true..see my review for IL 4 Venti.My simple small salad of rocket and tomato cost a hefty â¬6. I have paid no more than â¬4, usually â¬3, anywhere else and in better restaurants.Unfortunately there was a right brat near to me who shouted, and I do mean shouted and screamed, for all the time I was there. Why the heck can the parents not parent him and stop him making everyone around him so uncomfortable? Poor because of the pizza and the prices.So a bit mixed really.

difficult to find later evening, go trough entrance to harbor, on the gate maybe the guy will stop you, so say you go to moletto and pass great funny cocktail, creative recipiesloud music and famous for locals who can afford it!

Came in on the off chance. Great service with a smile. Good variety of burgers to choose from and certain allergies can be accommodated. Although we didn't try, driving, there is a great selection of draft beers!

Around the corner from The Plaza Hotel is a small and friendly beer bar. It opens about 7:00pm and stars serving food at 7:30. Food mostly consists of cured local meats, cheeses and salads. Everything we tried was good...Large meat platter, two salads, sandwich, 3 beers and 2 wines $45 euros. Large selection of beers in btls and 6 on tap. Service is good and very friendly. Portions are large and of high quality. Nice place.

We found this little amazing find yesterday. The food was to die for. We had mix platter which was a mixture of local cheeses and different salamis as our starter, presentation was impeccable. My girls and I had pizzas made with focaccia bread with selection of different topping which where delicious. My husband ordered the Hulk burger, thoroughly enjoyed by all the family. We do not speak Italian but the language barrier wasnât an issue. The waiter was using his phone to help with order. We will definitely be visiting before we move on to our next town. The owner and waiters are very friendly and attentive. Visit is a must if you are in this area.
