Around the corner from The Plaza Hotel is a small and friendly beer bar. It opens about 7:00pm and stars serving food at 7:30. Food mostly consists of cured local meats, cheeses and salads. Everything we tried was good...Large meat platter, two salads, sandwich, 3 beers and 2 wines $45 euros. Large selection of beers in btls and 6 on tap. Service is good and very friendly. Portions are large and of high quality. Nice place.

Found this place by accident. Set in the cellar which was lovely and cool. Didn't see a menu and we speak little Italian, so it was pretty much guess work and a lot of patience on behalf of the waitress who was very accommodating. She brought various fish from the kitchen, etc, and she helped find some meat for our son. Otherwise it was all fish, freshly caught and simply cooked. Delicious!

I visited this place by accident. We were looking for something to eat with friends while walking around the city. restaurant surprised us with great service Gentlemen waiters were very nice and kind. service at the highest level. and delicious food if you want to eat seafood, you must visit this place.

This pizzeria is located in the center of the new Taranto. Tables were few and they were all busy. We passed by but on our return one was free. The beer mugs were not removed, but we sat down and waited. Only after 10 (!!!) minutes the waiter came up and said that we need to leave after 10 minutes of waiting, because allegedly other customers are waiting for this table. But on the inside. Strange way of doing business. If not more harshly.Dear reviewer, we are surprised and amazed by your review, because it seems that you never went to a restaurant before. you go there is an arrival orders and we established this by giving numbers, the waiting place can be inside or outside the restaurant.The waiter was explaining this to you in English but seems that you didnât understood. We are also disappointed that the review was based on waiting time for a table and not on our food. We are really sorry but we cannot accept this review cause this is really unprofessional and unfair, kind regards.Tiziano Ricci(The Founder)

We found this little amazing find yesterday. The food was to die for. We had mix platter which was a mixture of local cheeses and different salamis as our starter, presentation was impeccable. My girls and I had pizzas made with focaccia bread with selection of different topping which where delicious. My husband ordered the Hulk burger, thoroughly enjoyed by all the family. We do not speak Italian but the language barrier wasnât an issue. The waiter was using his phone to help with order. We will definitely be visiting before we move on to our next town. The owner and waiters are very friendly and attentive. Visit is a must if you are in this area.

As it was lunch time and the place a little bit far from the center, We were alone (me and my wife) at that lovely restaurant. Actually our feeling not beeing at a restaurant but more at home. They cooked, we ate , everyting was exellent. Not only meals, but staff (actually owners) was candid, sympathetic. So thank you giada, thank you costandino. We ate very good fish menu.

Posto ottimo per gustare la pizza, soprattutto a chi piace l'impasto morbido ed un bel bordo. Possibilità di scegliere diversi tipi di impasto, quello al kamut è sicuramente il più digeribile. Birra artigianale, ho assaggiato la Weiss ed è buona. Prezzo giusto ⦠visto la qualità del prodotto. Servizio cortese e simpatico.
