Every year, we come to the Pepper Mill for a good meal. This time, we shared the escargots - it was wonderful and very cheesy. I ordered the steak with shrimp and scallops which was delicious and well-cooked. My friend had the scallop and shrimp plate which she so enjoyed. We were so full as we were given a lovely salad as well. We took rhubarb strawberry pie home. It was delicious. The service was efficient and friendly.

We had three large pizzas of differing varieties for take out from here. All were delicious and hot. Prices slightly above average but given remoteness of community.....understandable Would return

Trip advisor needs an update.Food is terrible.Overpriced.And has been for years.None of your main dishes come with a side.Just a burger came to 20 dollars with tax . (18+tax)Drinks are over priced as well.Donât waist your time.Sorry you had a negative experience. We try to offer a fairly priced, healthy menu.Our Burgers are $14 and include fries, soup or salad. Our burgers are made of premium ground chuck steak and we serve them on a specialty brioche bun.All of our mains have a side included. Here is a page from our menu that has our burgers. Used to be Noble Inn & Lakeside Bar - the bar/restaurant part is no longer open but there are still 6 fully modernized, very comfortable rooms. Obviously went through major renovations as bay windows in guest rooms, furniture is new with flat screen TV with satellite, WiFi, comfortable beds, modern bathroom and was very clean. Location is ideal being right on the highway between Norland and Minden, and is right on the lake. It has large deck with BBQ overlooking their large yard with horseshoe pit, bonfire pit, small beach, dock, boat launch for guest use and lots of yard space for other outside activities like volleyball, badminton, etc. During July & August, they only rent out by the week, but that gives you access to the full Motel property and amenities including the screen room (personally, that was my favourite as no bugs and overlooks lake), dining area, complete and stocked commercial kitchen and bar / lounge area with pool table, fireplace, and 2 flat screen TVâs. We went there for family reunion in June, renting the entire motel facility, and it was amazing!! Lots do on site with canoe, paddle boat, small selection of board games for rainy days :( and 3 golf courses and craft brewery close. Just returned for overnight stay in January and very comfortable for winter stay. They also have new and fully stocked 4-bedroom cottage next door for rent as well, which we toured and were VERY impressed with. Will be back for sure.
