This place looks great from the outside and actually is even nicer inside! It is spread over two floors and nicely slightly dimly lit giving it a great and quite romantic atmosphere. We arrived on a Saturday night and it was getting busy but we were just early enough as they said they had a table left but we would need to leave in around 90 minutes. This was no problem as we hadn't booked. The service was very friendly and quick, and the burgers were amazing! Two of our party were vegetarian and vegan and they were able to find dishes for them, while the rest of us enjoyed our burgers. The blue cheese burger was fantastic, and the fries were very good also. Good choice of beer too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic tasting burgers washed down with a cracking cocktail can it get any better on a rainy night. Great service and a good price for both the burgers and cocktails. It was quite busy when we popped in so you can see its a popular place to enjoy a bite to eat.

Any time we visit Ghent, we always visit this bar. Great location, great atmosphere and great choice of beers. The staff are lovely too. When there today, we asked one of the girls where she got her Delerium transfer, 5 minutes later, she kindly left one on our table. Another member of staff called Michael was a lovely guy to chat to and very helpful any queries we had. Donât leave Ghent without visiting this bar!

Had dinner here with friends, boondocks is Well known as a steakhouse in the neighbourhood. Their steaks are indeed nice and tender, however they could maybe do some more magic with some seasoning, from a steakhouse I expect the steaks to be Whow! But didnât have that feeling here, however there wasnât anything wrong either. Staff was very friendly, our older waiter could be best described as the funny grandpa :-) for those who are into sweet, try the peacan pie, very nice but for sure a carbs overload!
