My wife and I ate here three times during our week-long stay at the Ritz. The service, food and presentation were all excellent! It was a bit pricey, but worth it. Sashimi was some of the best Iâve had, and the rolls were perfect. Canât say enough good things about this place!

We went to Mizu with lots of kids and the restaurant was very friendly to our large group. The food is expensive...but the entire area is expensive so keep that in mind. It reminds me of PF Chang's. We enjoyed a very nice bottle of Veuve Clicquot.

During our Grand Cayman 7 nights trip we have visited also this restaurant. It had ugly smell inside - this should warn us...I tried thai chicken curry there. Chicken was not well prepared, salad in the curry old and partially black already...taste somehow ok. I had issues with stomach and diarrhea as result of the food. So I cant recommend to eat here.

I would give this a much higher review if the service was better. They have good food, but we had 5 different servers that were inconsistent and didn't care much. It took forever for everything to come out right and for us to get our check.Fins Up! Thank you... for your review and honest comments . My one roll had scarcely any salmon. I ate a couple pieces before summoning my nice waiter. After 10 minutes and my family done their meals, I finish the remaining pieces. When we were done our meal, I reminded him of the issue. Five minutes later, he handed me the bill without saying a word. I was surprised then to see no price-adjustment of any kind. I questioned that, and he offered to bring over the manager, which I accepted.A male manager (M) politely shook my hand and I recounted for him what had transpired. Nearly everyone in business will tell you that it is easier to keep a customer than find a new one. And nearly any manager worth his/her salt will sacrifice a little something to make a customer feel appreciated. He did not, and in fact, thought the best approach to responding to a customer who just spent $200 USD for four people was to rattle off a list of excuses and assign blame to the customer. I was just struct by how someone paid to make customers feel good and to resolve issues turned out to be more disappointing in his handling than the original issue. A managerial trainee would have offered to pick up a drink, a dessert or a cup of coffee...something, M was more interested in being "right" than in righting a disappointing customer experience.With two more weeks on the island with many friends, a simple gesture would have brought us back at least two or three more times. Passing up on $500-$1000 in receipts for a $5-$10 gesture is simply bad business.

My son has a job in the Cayman Islands. We wanted to at least send him a birthday cake. Icoa has beautiful cakes with a variety of choices. We sent my son the Opera Cake - he loved it!
