The service here is always friendly and warm. If you are in downtown and have a hankering for some Japanese, this is the place to go. Well, it may be the only place to go, but it's good as well. Their Katsudon always pleases. I enjoy their sushi/sashimi as well, though I will say, Paraguay is landlocked, so don't expect the same variety you would get in a coastal city. That said, I've always been satisfied.

Shangri-la have a nice local at Shopping del Sol, one of the best located Shopping centers of Asuncion.The advantage of this local is that the client can serve himself and pay according to the weight. Fresh food, fair price and nice attention. I strongly recommend it.
