Reviewed By TheresaP28This place was impeccably clean. And cleanliness is hard to find in a place like Cuidad del Este. The owner treated us like family. He invited us to sit around and sing Christmas carols with his relatives. And he even took me to the doctor and helped translate. They serve good dinner too.

La habitación que me tocó era perfecta, enorme, cómoda, con un baño amplio y bien implementado. El mobiliario es antiguo pero en excelente estado. La propietaria, quien es quien recibe y coordina todo es una señora muy amable. Fue muy grato su trato y su apoyo para la visita. El barrio donde queda el Hostal es precioso, con casas solariegas impresionantes. Por momentos uno se siente trasladado a un suburbio americano.

Reviewed By Rob RWhile Cuidad del Este is off the beaten path for Americans, this ended up being our favorite hotel of our Paraguayan vacation. We came to Ciudad del Este to see the nearby falls in Argentina. My wife and I liked this hotel. Its Continental charm and beautiful garden made it an excellent oasis from the craziness of Cuidad del Este. The neighborhood is good; the hotel is gated; and my wife felt secure. The breakfast was very good. One member of the staff spoke English well and helped us plan our trip to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls, using the ferry, on which we transported our car. The kids enjoyed the small playground on the property (there is a nice park around the corner from the Hotel, with a much larger playground), but most of all they liked playing with the Hotel's small dog, 'Coto', who enjoyed playing fetch with a small lime. Our rooms were of good size, very clean, and tastefully decorated.

From the 2012 second birthday with renewed infrastructure under a new family direction. The attention and the atmosphere is comfortable, warm keeping the familiar fresh air that the staff Caribbean offers all its hosts in a very professional manner.

Reviewed By LuizMaffessoniHotel familiar, simples e pequeno, afastado do centro da cidade, possui estacionamento gratuito e seguro, atendimento familiar muito bom, recebi mensagem pelo watts antes do check-in informando a confirmação da reserva e a localização por GPS, achamos o local com facilidade. Quarto possui Ar Split e TV a cabo, a cama não é lá essas coisas, mas para uma diária o hotel tem um bom custo benefício. O banheiro achei bem pequeno, difícil de se movimentar, dificulta tomar banho, é tudo bem apertado e pequeno, não tem box, acaba fazendo uma bagunça danada na hora do banho, mas como falei, para uma diária em um dia de compras, isso não afeta muito. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, simples, sem frescuras mas com produtos bons. Mais uma vez ressalto o atendimento de qualidade e a preocupação que tiveram com nós, é uma boa opção se você precisar dormir no Paraguai para compras.
