Very nice view but we were disappointed at extremely expensive prices. Our gozleme were 10 lire each and 2 lire 'wages' for making(!) of each one, orange juices were 10 lire each and cups of tea 3 lire each with our total bill of 50 lire being more than double the cost of the same meal the day before at a cafe en route in Kirme. Lived in Turkey many years and not even paid this price in Istanbul. What a pity. Dear Christelle,Thank you for your comment. First of all, there seems to be a misunderstanding. We do not charge our guest for "wages", instead, 2 lira was charged for extra "veggies" or "cheese" as the components of gozleme. You might have found the price relatively expensive, we totally respect that. However, please keep in mind that we always use high quality products, fresh vegetables as well as best quality homemade olive oils. Our motto is "We won't serve any food that we won't prefer to eat".Also, please consider the cost of turning a demolished place into an enjoyable one as well as the high costs of having a place with such view. Please understand we have to reflect these costs of serving a good quality food with an amazing view in an enjoyable environment to our guests at some point.Considering your comment, we will make sure to have visible menus not to cause such disappointments again. After all we are sorry because you left our place without a smile on your face because we want to make people happy, not unhappy. This is completely opposite to our mission. We would like to offer you Turkish coffee to compensate if you ever pass by.Thank you for your understanding...Sincerely,Kabak Mamma's Hostel&Bar Crew

We have been staying in Dalyan for many years we love the place. This year we found Backyard no 9. An interesting and lovely restaurant. A large garden with many different tables a bar. Lovely trees. Many plants mostly cacti. The food is fantastic. From home made burgers. To amazing salads. Pizza s. Toasted sandwiches. And the most mouth watering chips. Plus much more. The young people that run this place are so friendly. Really recommend this place. For lunch or evening.

What a pleasant surprise......regular visitors to Akyaka will know that restaurants come and go along the main street, some good and some not so good.I was out walking one morning whilst on holiday this month and saw this cute pavement restaurant next to the bike shop and booked for dinner that evening.Nazli the owner is so friendly and makes all her own pasta with the most delicious fillings. Starters which were not charged for were dolmades by Nazli's young assistant. I had ravioli stuffed with different cheeses and my husband had ravioli with pesto and squid. Mother makes the deserts and the lemon cheesecake and tiramisu were the best we have ever eaten. There is also a well stocked bar and even if the weather isn't too good there are inside tables. Please go you won't be disappointed!

This was the third year we rented an apartment. Across the street this year a new restaurant. Local, specialised in grilled meat. We went the first evening to try. Had T-Bone steak and lamb chops. Delicious meat, perfectly grilled. On the side some vegetables and the special parmezan potatoes. Was that good we went again the second evening. Both the lamb chops now. Best lamb chops I ever had! Mama in the kitchen, her son serving the food and drinks. For now our favorite restaurant in Akyaka.

Visited this oasis of calm and tranquility set right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Dalyan. To be able to sit in peace and quiet reading from the rows of books available whilst drinking a frappe and a herbiscus tea watching the world go by was devine. The staff were attentive and friendly very approachable even though they'd only been open for 6 weeks you'd of thought they'd been running it for far longer. Give them a visit and see the other side of a resort you thought couldn't exist
