Went here with the family for my son's 21st birthday. Our reservation initially placed us next to a table with loud people with their chairs pushed back, leaving no room, so the servers suggested another table with more room. Drink orders were taken promptly, and delivered promptly, and food orders then taken at the same time. The wait for the food was a bit longer than expected, but the ambience was good. The restaurant is big enough for about 40 tables in 3 large rooms, plus (in summer) outdoor seating as well. In winter it was cozy, though there was a somewhat annoying DJ playing rather loud and intrusive music.When the food came, everyone at our table was more than satisfied with the quality. The steaks were tender and flavorful, including the tuna steak.During the meal, the service was friendly and attentive, and we had no hesitation leaving a generous tip.

If you like burgers this place in the center of Heidelberg.I got the burger of the day with big petty and it was for my taste a bit dry.The place is full all the time... Maybe that's way we had to wait.

We just passed by this burger restaurant hunting for a easy good meal for lunch. This restaurant is centrally located and popular - so we were lucky to get a table. The interior is very special with birch trees all over. I ordered a burger and beer from the waitress - but why didnât you tell me that fries had to be ordered separately? Yes, you find it on the last page in the menu, but when all others probably ask for fries and are served, why donât you just inform a first time visitor? We were four ( 2 kids). The service was great very helpful waitress. There are vegetarian burgers. We all loved what we ordered. The food came fast/ They have a special menu fries and soft drinks are included adding few Euros and then you get coffee on the hose. Very nice décor, nice atmosphere. Very popular restaurant.

WARNING THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA or AMEX. We came here after a long day of travelling, and dropping our bags at the hotel, first time in Germany. Food was very nice, service was ok but I donât think our waitress was over impressed that we didnât speak German. We got the bill then discovered that they donât accept any forms of international payment, she would only accept âGerman Cardsâ. One of us had to walk back to the hotel, get some cash from the cases and then walk back.
