This is one of my favorite sightseeing site in Hangzhou. The park is very well designed and maintained. It reminds me of the Everglades of Florida, except that it felt cleaner and is free of alligators. I learned that the park houses flora and fauna. We found a bird watching area where avids can sit inside a hut with benches and lookout holes to wait and spot the different types of birds that make this wetland their home. We also found fruit trees all over the park, including persimmon, pomelo, oranges, etc. The best way to see the park is to walk along the well built trails as well as to take the boat rides. Entrance fee is only 80 RMB for adults. You will need to pay another 60 RMB for the boat ride that make 4 stops within the park.
