Wellingborough is a market town and borough in Northamptonshire, England, situated about 11 miles (18 km) from the county town of Northampton. The town is situated on the north side of the River Nene, most of the older town is sited on the flanks of the hills above the river's current flood plain. Due to frequent flooding by the River Nene, the town was mostly built above the current level of the flood plain. Originally named "Wendelingburgh", the settlement was established in the Saxon period and is mentioned in the Domesday Book under the name of "Wendelburie". The town was granted a royal market charter in 1201, by King John of England.

Locked inside one of our amazing themed rooms, the task is simple - escape within 60 minutes or face being TRAPP'D forever!
Me and my other half escaped all three of the rooms at this branch today (Atlantis, Legend of Drakon and Forsaken). All three rooms were so much fun (and Forsaken was a little bit scary!). Our GMs, Hadley and Beth, were both lovely and made the experience a brilliant one. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Had a party for 15 girls, ages 12 and 13. They had a great time. Very well organised and a big thank you to Luke for doing such a great job. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Nene Court is an independent, retail park situated in Wellingborough in what was originally the Wellingborough Gas Light Co. In the 1990’s the early Victorian buildings were converted into shops. Nene Court now houses an exclusive array of bespoke boutiques and food outlets with ample free parking.
went to Nene Court last week. There is a wonderful butcher's shop there selling all sorts of unusual meets and cheeses. an interesting shop with helpful friendly staff and great produce. There is also a cafe, (Very nice too!) and lots of other interesting and fun 'finds'.

We recently took our two children to see the pantomime here and had fairly low expectations based on previous pantomime visits (not at the castle incidentally) but we were really pleasantly surprised. The tickets were very reasonable, the auditorium was comfortable and the performance was enjoyed immensely by the children and even raised a smile from the panto hater in myself. I will definitely be taking in another show at the Castle Theatre.

Visited with my 2 children. They loved the bowling and all the people who worked there were very helpful - we were shown to our lane, had drinks and food orders taken at, and delivered to the lane as well, and even gave me a tip on how to score that elusive Strike! Amusements area was fab, and worth the money I felt. Could even get change from my contactless card which was great! Thanks everyone
