Had such an incredible time on our 12 day safari around Uganda with Primate World Safaris. Jackson took care of all our arrangements and promptly and helpfully answered our questions before we confirmed our booking. We found Primate World Safaris through Responsible Travel and were told that they are the best in Uganda for ensuring responsible visits to national parks and respect for wildlife. We were picked up from the airport by our guide, Alex Gabiito, and our adventure started. Our itinerary was busy and varied maximising our time in Uganda. It included: - an exhilerating experience white water rafting on the Nile; - a visit to Murchison Falls NP to view the breathtaking and explosive waterfall, as well as spotting elephants, lions, various antelope, buffalo, various exotic birds and monkeys in the park; - trekking chimpanzees in Kibale forest; - spotting leopards, crocodiles, hippos, lots of elephants, zebras, giraffes, warthogs and numerous birds in Queen Elizabeth NP and Lake Mburo NP; - trekking the mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest; - meeting local communities and conservationists to hear about their amazing work preserving Uganda's wildlife. Our guide, Alex, was very knowledgeable and experienced and is highly recommended, especially if you're a bird enthusiast (he was nominated Uganda's best bird guide a couple of years' ago). He made sure that we saw and experienced as much as we could in the time we had. We felt safe and looked after at all times. The accommodation we stayed in far exceeded our expectations and made sure we were rested enough for our jam-packed itinerary. Uganda is stunning and has so much to offer - I can't imagine anywhere else that has such a high concentration of amazing wildlife and scenery. My guide was friendly and honest. He took all COVID-19 precautions and made the trip possible at a difficult time. I got to see lions ! The rates charged were reasonable and friendly. Even my friends had a good experience.This company is really concerned about safety of their customers and will ensure you have a good experience.

We did the tour today and we had a great time. Steve was very kind, collected us from our hostel, and guided us through the day. We cooked traditional Ugandan food loke Matoke, Posho, Pumpkin, Casava and G Nuts. We also got a small inside about live in Uganda and had to opportunity to pose a lot of questions, which occured throughout our trip. All in all it was a great expierence. Thanks a lot!

Right before the departure to Africa, I had a very informative and detailed meeting (via zoom) with Coleb about the entire safari. I have a specific allergy to some food, but Coleb arranged that very well. The package was crafted to my needs and lodges selected perfectly! In my opinion, this is a #1 tour organizer in East Africa!

Sunset and Sunrise walk at sipi Falls involves Enjoying views of Sipi Falls, the walls of death and the African sunrise accross the Karamoja plains on these peaceful walks just outside the national park. Kapkwai Exploration Center at Kapkwai, 13km from Sipi town, doubles as an educational center for schools and the trail head for climbers and Nature walkers using the Sipi trail to the caldera. Three circuits of between 3-7 km run through the surrounding regenerating forest, where visitors can visit caves, waterfalls, escarpments and viewpoints; and observe birds and primates. Bird species encountered here include Hartlaub’s Turaco, Eastern Bronze-napped Pigeon, Lemon Dove, Dusky-Turtle Dove, African Hill Babbler, Alpine Chat, Black-throated Wattle-eye, Mountain Yellow Warbler, Thick-billed Honey guide, Grey Cuckoo-Shrike

We did a hike to the three falls and finished with amazing abseiling from the highest fall. William is a great guide and a great person he explained all about their culture. He also told us all the future projects of Discover Sipi which includes global warming awareness for the locals and much more! So you know your money goes to good cause too!

We did a 15 day Discover Uganda private tour with Bosco from Enchanted Uganda Safari in first half of January 2021 and we could not have been happier with our choice. Bosco is a very knowledgable guide and very calm and very flexible. Due to Covid19 we had most of the lodges for ourselves, and had access to the closest gorilla families as permits were far from sold out as they usually would be in January. Bosco also helped us with an extra shoebill excursion and to get a covid19 test done in due time for our flight out (results took less than 36 hrs). All lodges we stayed at were great places with amazing food served every single day.

This was a lovely 7 day tour that I enjoyed very much with my husband. The guide Eddie was friendly, knowledgeable and patient answering our questions. He attentively spotted animals for us to watch. The accommodation places were clean and comfortable. Uganda is such a lovely country with friendly people and children waving at you wherever you. The nature there is very beautiful with lots of green hillside, lakes , forests and mountains. I loved the activities of people in the Bigodi swamp walk and their way of doing things . I loved the animals everywhere. The trip was really unforgettable. I would only recommend that the gorilla trekking activity be moved to the end of the tour because it's strenuous and could affect one's enjoyment of the rest of the tour especially if one gets injured. I also believe people should be made aware beforehand of the nature of this activity and how slippery or steep the ground is there in the impenetrable forest. EAJS really delivered all the program as I hoped for and as they designed. I only wish we had been able to do the Batwa cultural experience which was part of the tour and I was looking forward to it but we didn't have the time to do it unfortunately. Apart from that, the tour was great and I would recommend it to my friends.
