There was a lot of walking, especially to the alligators. The museum within the grounds had very interesting exhibits and it was slightly cooler inside. Our guide, Rainier, was excellent. A native hut sold local craft work.

I went to this zoo to see some animals that I had missed seeing in the wild. I braced myself for some sorry sights however I was very pleased with each enclosure. Overall the enclosures were very large with plenty of room to live in. The birds in particular had the most spacious enclosures. There was one otter I felt sorry for being all alone. I felt like the leopards could use more space. Overall the average star per animal enclosure is still 5 or close to 5. Lots of diversity. I would recommend supporting this zoo.
