Came here with my husband for our wedding anniversary and we had a lovely experience is Cassa de montabalno. Maria the housekeeper was amazing. Very helpful friendly and when we arrived we had to organise a Covid test. She organised it with the help of Ivana and we were very happy that they helped us. Maria was a source of information and arranged us to go on a day tour on a Montabalno Day Tour with Nunzio the taxi driver. We had a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this b&b to anyone who loves the tv show. Only negative was we missed the season and not many restaurants were open but we didn’t starve. We bought our food in the local shop and ate on the balcony in the evening. Thank you for having us!

The Baroque Tour in Sicily offers our guests the chance to visit the key places of baroque art and architecture. Sicily is renown as the capital of baroque. Catania, Syracuse, Noto, Modica and Ragusa represent the best examples of this style. The Baroque Tour in Sicily will offer you the chance to visit the most famous buildings, churches and monasteries in exclusive guided visits. You’ll have the chance to attend special baroque events: theme dinners and music performances. Lodging will be at I Monasteri Golf and Spa Resort, a charming and exclusive resort a few miles off Syracuse, which is the result of an amazing restyling of a former Benedictine monastery. The resort comes with pool, a spa by Clarins and 18 holes (par 71) golf course among scented citrus groves. Blue crystal waters will also expect you at nearby beaches. I had a great day visiting Mount Etna, learning about the history of the volcano, and previous eruptions. I also enjoyed a wine tasting and tour of a winery. A delicious light lunch was also included, but for me the highlight could have tasting a selection of delicious honeys! Paola my guide was fantastic., and I was the only client,, so it was great to have my own personal guide. I would definitely recommend this tour.

My wife and I often jump on the ‘red buses’ wherever we go as a good way of scouting out everything around the area. This little City by See bus was a great find on a day we were mouching around. There are three routes and for €15 euros each we enjoyed staying on the bus to go around them all. The first route took us through Letojanni then back through Taormina down to Giardini Naxos, then back up through to Taormina bus station where we then set off for Castelmola which is high up in the mountain above Taormina. You can jump on and off at all the stops and the tickets are valid for 24 hours. We feel this services are a great, low cost way of getting around and finding where we would like to revisit and spend more time at and the commentary gave plenty information on what we were looking at.
