I was looking for a traditional spa and came across this in my Google search. It was an interesting concept and the reviews were stellar. I went in without researching the background on floating. First of all, Just saying, you are greeted in a warm friendly and professional atmosphere. Frude and Christopher were knowledgeable and informative and even the clients in the waiting room gave input. Now regarding the actual floating. There is so much salt that you effortlessly float in the center of the pod. The temperature is the same as you body and and some point you feel separated from your body. I particularly was fascinated with the absence of sensation in my hands and finger tips. Just DO IT. Whether it is a one time occurrence, which it definitely won’t be, you won’t be sorry you had the experience. Best $65 dollars I’ve spent in a long time. I will be back.

The dramatist Henrik Ibsen lived on the small farm of Venstop from the age of 7 to 15. His childhood home is today, a modern museum devoted to the writer. It is a museum for those who want something out of the ordinary. Here, the writings of Ibsen are presented through the media of film, pictures, talking-heads and holograms. In the depths of the barn, you may enter Ibsen's top hat, allowing you to experience the genius of this writer's brain! You can enjoy all this within the confines of delightful listed buildings and a pleasant country garden.

Kristiansund Opera House

The impulses of the opera in Kristiansund came from big firms enganged in the production and export of klipfish. These were in close contact with the continent and its culture. A solid economy in Kristiansund gave favourable conditions for the interest in opera to be further explored and developed. Already in the early 19th century, both opera and music theatre was cultivated in Kristiansund the city had many visitors from afar. Towards the change of the century, the first self-produced performances appeared. Since then operas and opera festivals have been present in Kristiansund. Every February the Opera Festival is arranged. During two intense weeks there are several arrangements and operas a cultural party from morning to morning.
