Sadio Nor Theatre

With theatre we convey local knowledge of people, society and history. Our actors have a great pleasure finding the local knowledge and bring the stories to life in our performances and theatre walks. Through the theatre we bring happenings and people to life. Through our walks we tell about the town as it was and how it has become. In our theatre walks the actual and the fiction nourish each other, what might seem distant and far away becomes close and personal.

I was looking for a traditional spa and came across this in my Google search. It was an interesting concept and the reviews were stellar. I went in without researching the background on floating. First of all, Just saying, you are greeted in a warm friendly and professional atmosphere. Frude and Christopher were knowledgeable and informative and even the clients in the waiting room gave input. Now regarding the actual floating. There is so much salt that you effortlessly float in the center of the pod. The temperature is the same as you body and and some point you feel separated from your body. I particularly was fascinated with the absence of sensation in my hands and finger tips. Just DO IT. Whether it is a one time occurrence, which it definitely won’t be, you won’t be sorry you had the experience. Best $65 dollars I’ve spent in a long time. I will be back.

Even though I’m nervous with heights it was great to climb the roof of the Opera and take a look over Oslo followed by a lovely hit chocolate in the cafe of this amazing building.
