I went to see Paper Sparrow in the amazing stage room ... and saw 2 other great bands too for the price of a couple of pints. Lovely intimate atmosphere with friendly staff, cheap prices and unique setting. A truly special community venture. I often stop in for a coffee or a late afternoon beer in the small, comfortable lounge.

A group of us went for afternoon tea and it was brilliant A great selection of savouries sandwiches and scones with cream and lovely dainty cakes. The tiered plates were lovely presented and there was so much food. The service was excellent we were offered take away boxes for the food that was left over. What a great place, I highly recommend it. Lovely, cosy decor with a choice of lounge or bar seating. Be careful though, the measures are a tad larger than average..... things can get messy ???? Luckily, there is zero judgement from the fellow punters. I'll definitely be back!
