People working there are nice but this doesnt mean (unfortunately) tours are good, organisation should be improved. Annecy was a beautiful place but you Can hardly hear the record they play during the tour with historic detaills and once in the city you are alone and free to explore on your own. I was supposed to go on a city tour as well which was cancelled and I got to know this once I was there ready to start... They found a place for me in a cheaper tour... Refunding me the difference and the driver forgot to pick me up to do the third part... Luckily I have a swiss phone so I could call the agency. Also would say they cant speak good English so it makes communication difficult.

Although I didn't end up skiing because I sucked at it :D , but outdoor- interlaken provided above and beyond services. Hotel pick up was on time, then they drove us first to their store to get changed and get the skis. The people in the store were very nice and helped us find the perfect pants, boots and skis. Then we got picked up by Alan, the instructor, and drove us up to the mountain. Alan was super patient with us , and we had an amazing skiing experience.
3. Jungfraujoch helicopter flight one way
Beautiful airfield situated in the Bernese Oberland amid unspoilt nature, breathtaking mountains scenery and glacier. Our helicopter base in Gsteigwiler is located very close to Interlaken. From here you can take exclusivly with us the helicopter direct flight up to the mountain Jungfraujoch (Top of Europe). You can enjoy your time on the mountain Jungfraujoch and make your journey back on your own by train. We can organize you the train ticket and also the shuttle transfer to the helicopter base in Gsteigwiler. Don't hesitate to ask us for more flight options and extra services. the helicopter flight is up or down at about 13: 30-14 clock

Amazing experience! Reneé es wonderful, a must-do if you’re near or in Zurich! The views are amazing from the helicopter and on top of the mountain, and on the way to where you take the helicopter
