Henan (Chinese: 河南) is a province of the People's Republic of China, located in the central part of the country. Henan is often referred to as Zhongyuan or Zhongzhou (中州) which literally means "central plain land" or "midland", although the name is also applied to the entirety of China proper. In case you're interested in the culture and art of the Tang dynasty, this is one of the go-to museums. Marvellous Tang pottery and most of all Sancai wares.But there are also very good exhibits on the early dynastic, or at least bronze making, China, from Erlitou and Erligang, which are slightly outside Luoyang.

This Museum is small , but very interesting. We did not spend a great deal of time here. There is many amazing bronze exhibits also cultural relics and treasures. Porcelain and pottery examples from many dynasties of the Chinese History
