La Spa Lo Su is proud to be the favorite destination of customers in the La Spa chain. The first impression when stepping through the Spa door is the spacious reception area with minimalist decoration and filled with natural light. Seating is in the form of cushions and mats laid on the floor making for a traditional Asian feel.

I was in Hanoi for a total of 6 nights and managed to find my way to La Spa on two separate occasions. 1st Trip :Herbal bath, foot bath/massage, 90 minute body massage, scrub, and facial 2nd Trip: 90 minute body massage, scrub, wrap, facial The staff is wonderful. One of the things I liked best was having the same person each time. Unlike multi-treatment packages in the USA where you are shuttled from one staff member to another, here I was shown to a room and given into the hands of one person who provided all treatments, allowing for a much more leisurely experience. Because each of my visits were long (4+ hours) the staff brought me a wonderful lunch of fresh spring rolls, fruit, and tea. Both before, during, and after the treatment I was also presented with a wonderful iced tea (if I were not traveling I would have bought the tea to take home) and coconut crackers. Upon leaving I was also presented with a departing gift, all at no extra charge. At no time did I feel they were trying to sell me additional products or services. My only negative comment was the wrap. I was really looking forward to that warm cocoon feeling of a wrap. This was not an actual wrap but a mud treatment. Furthermore, it was applied after the scrub (an exfoliation/conditioning treatment) and my skin actually felt dry and itchy. The manager herself came in and applied oils to my skin when I mentioned the issue. I definitely appreciate their prompt response to remedy the issue, but I would not recommend the wrap. The Scrub however...that left my skin feeling softer then it has ever felt and the facial re-hydrated my face and made me look 5 years younger. No harsh chemicals, peels, or treatments. Organic products lovingly applied that will make your skin glow. Overall, an incredible experience.

We had an absolute relaxing time with foot treatment and body massage. Greeted with delicious tea (our favourite) and cookies while completing our forms and choosing the oil and scent for our massage. The staff is super professional and friendly.Spa is so clean and organized .We had 90 min Vietnamese massage which is so good We definitely recommend Midori Spa. Big point is there are 3 brunches( we made a reservation brunch 1 , and we mistakenly went to brunch 3 . Be careful dont mistake to brunches :))))

The spa is beautiful, very clean, extremely professional and smells amazing. Beautiful aquarium, very friendly staff and complimentary tea and cookies :) 60 minute deep tissue massage with Chloe was excellent and fish foot therapy was great :) Thank you! All for a very fair price. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing massage after our flight and were greeted by amazing service and an excellent massage. Everyone at the spa was so kind and the massage itself was great. Medium pressure was perfect and helped relax and restore our bodies after 20+ hours of travel. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience. The lemongrass tea and coconut crackers were also delicious and front of house staff are so cheerful and lovely.

This place is definitely one of the best massage spas I’ve been to in SE Asia. I went twice over two days, the first for a foot massage and the second for a Combo massage ( a mix of Thái, Shiatsu , Aroma ) and was blown away by the technique and attention to detail by the therapists both times. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the ambience relaxing. Right in the heart of Old Quarter , it’s an easy walk if you’re anywhere near the lake. A must do and a highlight of my trip to Hanoi!

I've visited this spa when i passed by thru this hanoi old quarter. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing. The location is good despite of the busy street. The theraphist are quite skilled. They focus on what u requested. Its a value for money. I will surely recommend this spa and will come back again. Excellent service, cozy , thumbs up and im giving this a FIVE STARS.
