Had a wonderful time here and learned so much - the displays are wonderful and the staff very helpful with any questions that you might have. Be sure to walk around the area as it is beautiful and full of history.

I highly recommend visiting this place. It’s all about the experience, information and insights shared by your guide. Ours was really interesting, taking time to explain many historical misconceptions and providing insight into cultural traditions and lifestyle. The museum portion is quite small, but well put together. The gift shop has quite a number of interesting local items - including bannock and other food products, and handcrafted items. Our guide’s name was Tim and he was excellent. The highlight were the two songs he sang for us. Amazing!
