We left the bike on the parking area. The rain had enden few hours earlier and the sun was starting to shine. We started to walk to the end of the cape. The cape was getting more narrow all the time and soon we could see the sea on both sides. We were admiring the flowers and plants every now and then and we also saw the horses walking the along the seashore... I'm very sure they enjoyed their morning too. After 2 kilometers walk the trees ended and we stopped. I took a flight with my drone and got some pretty amazing pictures. I was also swimming... This is one of the most amazing places I've ever been!

Very somber and moving new memorial (opened in 2018) to the victims of communism. Long walk through the center metal plates gives you a feel for the isolation and darkness that communism brought to this country. The list of names that perished is very long and you need to walk all the way around it as each side has a story to tell. Many families were there the day I was and it was good to see multiple generations together talking about names and information panels that tell the history.

Illiku islet has several hiden gems in the form of different artworks. Our outdoor exhibition is changin through time. Every time you visit you can find something familiar and also something new! Great to enjoy both alone or with bigger group.
