Dubai Festival City Mall

Find Dubai's only IKEA, plus Arabic and international fashion labels, accessories, jewelry, home furnishings, and more. Then dine by the waterfront and watch dazzling water screen projections.

We had a day free on our trip to Dubai, so we decided to explore Festival City Mall and we were not disappointed. Took a Metro right upto Creek station. Then after a short walk in the sun, we took a lovely AC boat ride to Festival City. It costs just 2 dirhams per way pp. The highlight of the visit was the IKEA store where we got many things at reasonable prices. They also have a bistro and lunch place which is good. Carrefour was also a good place. Other shops were mostly expensive. There is a fountain show there later in evening though we didn't wait for it. Came back the same route. It's a great mall to walk around and not as expensive as Dubai Mall
