Estrada Parque do Pantanal

I was staying at the superb Jungle Lodge which includes various tours as part of the package.
The tours went from cruises on the water to wading waste deep in anaconda filled waters searching for wildlife.
I was impressed by the amount of wild animals and birds thay we saw over 2 days. You can tell that the park is teeming with life and it is very beautiful.
A wonderful experience

However make sure it is a clean day, otherwise it will be a hazy view from Pantanal where your vision can reach. That was my case, adding to that an very cold wind, nonetheless it can't be missed with to easy access.

I arrived late with 20min only. The staff was gracious in letting me in. I had the impression that the best are the texts about the early settlements in the region, rather than objects to show or give an indication how did it happen. The railroad that crosses Pantanal is an exception on this, however I could not find the reasons why it was shut down.
